No elevator, pool towels have to bring to pool Balcony not nice … Pros people were very nice especially front desk and restaurant .. no problem with parking Location to pool was nice

Great Staycation in the Valley of the Sun. With four different pools and a adults pool included there are plenty of options. The splash pool and water slide pool is a family fun favorite. The activities room with exercise facility is great bonding fun too.

This was a great, fun place for our family during a spring break trip in the southwest. Our suite - more like a proper two bedroom apartment - was clean and spacious, even had laundry! The kids pool was really fun and the place was busy but low key.

Great resort for a family vacation. The customer service was great, our dishwasher wasn’t working and they replaced it the same day. Lots to do, the pool area is good. I do have 2 suggestions, one restaurant that closes at 8 is not practical. Also, the bathrooms at the resort are dated and need a refresh.

We had a lovely vacation at this resort & it is located in a very nice area right next to the Fairmont Princess, which is quite convenient since our restaurant and little shop weren't open all the time. The room was very nice, altough most of them overlook parking lots & the front desk staff didn't seem to know what was going on when we asked them questions.
