WestJet started with 220 employees in 1996 and flew just three aircraft to five destinations. We have been expanding our reach ever since and are currently serving 76 destinations in our scheduled network, with a fleet of 98 aircraft and more than 8,600 WestJetters.

Our airline partnership strategy is allowing us to connect with global guest traffic and bring more guests to WestJet's network. Business travellers are also benefiting from an expanding network and improved service offerings on key business routes. Our rewards program is growing and the vacations business is thriving. We continue to enhance our friendly self-serve experience and are effectively connecting with our guests through our responsive social media presence on the most popular sites.

Involving WestJetters in key business decisions, valuing our corporate culture and giving back to the community are all important pieces of WestJet's success. Our focus is on responsible growth as we look to continue our track record of profitability and generating value for all of our shareholders.
