We had a wonderful week at Playacar. The best thing about the resort is the friendly employees. Rodrigo by the pool Domingo at Tratoria Alfredo and Roberto at the buffet Dabur at MoMo The whole staff at the sweet shop—Iran, Juliana, Eva, Fabiola, and Leo They made our stay great. The only negative is there is no food service at the pool, like we have had at other Palace Resorts.

Trattoria was the best meal we've had at a Palace Resort, we've been to 4 different resorts The service was great.Very nice resort!

Unique dishes with incredible service. The atmosphere was cool. Great vibes. Open kitchen made it fun to watch. Loved the dessert menu.

This is my second stay at Playacar palace and overall 7th time traveling with Palace Resorts. Playacar is by far my favorite and to stay at repeatedly. The staff are the lifeblood of these resorts and make every trip feel like home away from home. As someone who never writes reviews - the people that work for palace are what motivate me to write when I do. Had a wonderful time at Playacar Palace. Great service by Manuela at Cafe Del Mar for breakfast. Dinner service at Cafe Del Mar with Fernando, Guillermo, Brayan, Fabian and Sotero was exceptional. They went above and beyond every time we were there for dinner. Kids really enjoyed the Playroom, Marta and Yarely were so kind. We loved the size of this all inclusive resort. A nice place to relax and not very crowded which we really enjoyed. Very clean, great service all around. Close to shopping.
