A very dissapointing stay

We were very dissapointed. There was no fridge in the room. There was a bucket for ice but there was no ice. We were on the 39th floor and the only ice machine was on the 3rd floor! We had issues to access our room. The keycard kept on failing. We had problems at the Casino. One of the employees was very rude to my partner. She couldn't explain why the slot machine was stuck and SHE pressed the button and played. And when my partner requested the money back because she played, she said " I'm not giving you the money back" and walked away. We were livid! So unprofessional.This means we are not playing in this casino ever again. Your security is very weak. We came one night from the garage through the 2nd floor to the Empire elevators and we found a guy on the floor by the entrance watching for 2 other guys near the elevator in a a closed area arguing. That area seemed not to be in use. No security on sight. Second incident was in the garage. A guest to the Casino, left 2 dogs in his truck. One of the dogs jumped and was hanging from the truck choking. A couple saw the dog and pulled it up back in the back of the truck. Security stopped by and didn't want to get involved. He said WE may need to call the pound. The dog tried to jump again. He didn't do anything. We found the phone number in the dog collar and waited until owner showed up. The dog may have been dangerous . All this happened in the property. We go to Vegas twice a year but we are not repeating a stay at NY NY

NYNY was a great experience for my wife and I once again. I would say this is my favorite MGM property for sure! I will be back in a couple weeks and know it will be a great trip once again!!
