Literally! We stayed 5days/4nights..a Girls Getaway...felt like family, special about out to BRUCE NEAL, GM...EBONY, Front Desk, and our very special LOVEBUG, Breakfast Mgr, spreading love like softened butter! When our plans aS grounded then cancelled, we did not hesitate to call Hampton/Opry..where we were treated like family, friends, family-friends. The STAFF will bring me back..again and again!

Second stay here. Nice greeting upon entering hotel. Informative staff about shuttle service - it goes to Gaylord Convention Center ONLY. There is another shuttle (not through hotel. It will take you to downtown $10 each way per person ). Uber is around. Towel animals! Love them. Towels/ washcloths were given that extra touch to make everything a little extra special. Breakfast! One of the best! A lady who calls herself “Lovebug”, really starts the day off with such a wonderful/helpful attitude! She told me she had been employed there for 7/8 years. She walked around to each table asking if they needed anything. Such a genuine, beautiful soul! This is what makes me want to come back to this hotel whenever in the area! I wish everyone had her upbeat spirit and work ethic! HamptonOpryland you should make her in charge of training customer service employees! Oh and food was really good! Ham and eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, juices, coffee. Also, several restaurants are within walking distance. Another excellent stay here!

This is a great hotel and reasonably priced. The Music City Shuttle picks up and drops you off for a fun time downtown. Leave the driving to them for round trip price of $10 pp. We stayed one night and took the shuttle downtown. We had breakfast the next morning before heading out. The hotel is very nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

When i booked this trip last year i thought this hotel was near to the conference hall i will be attending. Well i was wrong, conference was down town and this hotel is not. I was very happy in the end not being down town. Theres a bus you pay $10 return that takes you down, starts 9:30 to 2am week days and 10: to 12:00w/ends. Breakfast is buffet style, theres a employee that greets you every morning saying you are loved and asking how you are. Bedroom good size bed comfortable slept well.My only complaint there was a bit of dried food by one of the beds when i arrived i put the card of the maid by this and the next day i thought it would be gone, no she took up the card but not remove the rubbish . I put the card there again the next day another cleaner came but her name card but still left the first one. I stayed in this room 7nights both cards and the rubbish was still there when i left. Yes I would stay in this hotel again. The pool was closed exercise room very small 3 pieces of equipment but ok.

    Just a typical 3-star hotel

This is a typical 3-star hotel that needs some kind of upgrade to the rooms. Since I stayed here for a conference, I did not spend a lot of time in the room but room definitely shows wear and tear. If you are relying on the airport shuttle, note that you can only book once you are at the airport and it only runs at the top of each hour. The hotel never publishes this information on their website- not sure why (but this will definitely help guests to plan accordingly instead of waiting for a whole hour at the airport). Shuttle to Opryland: the hotel provides a shuttle to Opryland. Well, at check-in, no one tells you that you have to reserve at spot. They tell you how often it run (every half an hour) making the assumption that you will get the ride on the time that they tell you. Apparently, the manager has some brochures about the shuttle schedule at the front desk. However, they were on the side and not visible when you were checking-in. They just looked like promotional brochures. It will be better if the schedule is posted online or they are in each room with the “welcome” stuff (with the pads, pens and info about the hotel). The staff: typical customer service that they provided. Never showed enthusiasm to the work that they do. However, one staff member stood out. The breakfast lady! Her name was Lovebug— she was part of most TripAdvisor Reviews. She would bring you the bright smile every single morning. She definitely showed enthusiasm to the work that she did every single day. Gym: 3 machines (including a treadmill). The hotel needs to invest on dumbbells and a rack. Whoever set up the temperature at the gym, he/she’s probably cold all the time. Temperature is in the high 70s/low 80s. No proper ventilation— a bit stuffy inside. Hilton Honors:If you are a Diamond member, premium WiFi is a perk. The system will force you to purchase but inform the staff at checkout about your status so they can manually adjust your bill. They don’t pay too much attention to the bill. The price: Normal price. Other hotels in the area are within the same range (depending if there’s a conference in the area- prices fluctuates). Over all, the stay is normal and typical for a 3-star property.
