Doesn't honor diamond staus

Not a great customer service experience. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and as a diamond member and would not give us a late checkout? Finally gave us 1 hr late for only 1 room. Poor attitude from staff. Will jot be back.

Great service from Ash at checkin friendly , courteous and personable. Also the hotel has been updated and feels like a new hotel. Everything has that new clean smell.
Disappointed Stay

For the price we paid, the rooms were decent, but they could have been much cleaner. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. For what we spent on the room and travel, the “free” breakfast truly felt like it — poorly stocked and very low quality. The service during breakfast was not helpful or friendly. When I asked about an item, the staff member simply said they were out and went back to her phone. The breakfast area itself was extremely dirty, which was very concerning. I have several allergies and food sensitivities and felt unsafe eating there, leaving me with almost no options. It looks like the hotel is making updates, but they seem focused on newer items rather than cleanliness, customer service, or being family-friendly. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this location and would rather pay more to stay somewhere cleaner and better maintained.

It’s getting more and more disappointing with these hotels. I have always loved Hampton but now they are all so Corprate modern like, and the Beds are less comfortable and when you pay money for a squirt they removed a wall which makes it just one huge room. Not worth extra money l! Also food and service has gone way down at these places. With allergy these days there are no options for someone like us and when food is out it’s out they don’t try at all to have options otherwise. Very disappointed in how things have gone.

We always tried to stay in any Hilton hotels. This by far has been the worst. We didn't get greeted properly it is a kind of self service. The next morning we were not even acknowledged by the day person. For breakfast we took a look at it and it looked terrible eggs in a kind of taco and burned, and everything else looked like bad. The rooms were so-so but it did smell like it hadn't been clean. The entrance is terrible I guess it is under remodel but not clean. I regret not going to the Holiday inn down the road.
