This timeshare resort is in a great location in Scottsdale. We had a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Full Kitchen unit. The property is laid out sort of oddly, but once we got the hang of things, it wasn't a problem. Covid restrictions being what they are, access to the pool was limited, but we don't tend to spend much time in the pool. Our suite was clean and in good (but not great/new) condition. It could stand an update, but it wasn't bad or anything. Everything worked okay, but the appliances are rather dated and quite noisy (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). We would definitely stay at this property again.

This resort has many amenities in a beautiful, clean and friendly environment. The unit was large for one bedroom with double sinks in the bathroom. We appreciated the art n the walls. We enjoyed the large pool with a bar and food.

Having stayed at other resorts in Scottsdale, I was looking forward to experiencing the Desert Oasis. It did not disappoint! From the moment my wife and I arrived, we felt both welcomed and valued. Our one-bedroom villa was lovely with a pleasant garden view. The pool areas were very nice with good food at the snack bar. All the furnishings were comfortable with the exception of the patio chairs, which were very hard. The kitchen cabinet with the dishes was a little challenging, but we two short people managed. The bedroom was terrific, particularly the two-person bathtub! And the bed itself was one of the best. As far as location, a car is essential. When all is said and done, the Sheraton Desert Oasis is a wonderful spot that is more than worthy of another visit.

We were so impressed with the hotel! We traveled with 2 small kids and had the larger 1 bedroom. There was plenty of space for us and we had our toddler on a small air mattress on the floor of the king bedroom. Staff was awesome, accommodated our early checkin request and a quiet room location. Pool was great - no issues with the wristband system. They told us the hotel was full, pool got busy by afternoon but worked out fine overall. It was nice to have the pool grill option, food was average about what you would expect for a pool grill. The playground on-site was great for our little ones. Huge plus was laundry in the room as we travel light. You need a car as food and grocery options are all offsite, but lots of options available close by. My only complaint would be there is no place to get morning coffee, would have loved a little coffee shop at the hotel. They do make up for it by giving Starbucks in the coffee maker. Overall a great stay!

    Decent spot for an escape.

We recently stayed at the Desert Oasis. Pros: staff were very friendly, it was affordable and clean. The pool was great. Lots of grocery options nearby as well as hiking options. We stayed during COVID and found their restrictions to be reasonable (ie, how they handled pool capacity). Cons: we stayed with our 7 year old twins in a one bedroom and it was just WAY too small. Even though the one bedrooms are advertised as being able to accommodate four, I would say maybe just one child and two adults. It also just felt tight all over the property-like the buildings were placed too close together, the balconies were tiny (and didn't have any sun exposure), zero counter space in the kitchenettes...
