We are having a great time! Quite, relaxed and stress free. Cherry was our host for making bracelets and was patient and charming!

My husband and I had a couples massage with Kembly and Lauren and we were both very happy with the service. They both greeted us quietly adding to the relaxation. We were both commenting how they listened to what we wanted them to work on. We had been rafting the day before and we were both very sore. Both ladies massively helped make us feel better and we had the best night’s sleep that night. I wish we had stayed longer so we could have gone again.
The empanadas class with Chef Jimena and Merari was great and very informative.

We had a great experience with check for our large group. Food was good, we ate all the restaurants on site multiple times throughout our stay.

Most beautiful resort! Wonderful, romantic getaway! Splurge for preferred club if going for a special occasion!

We just returned from a 5 day anniversary trip and we definitely will be returning when we are able. We received one of the best rooms in the resort with a giant plunge pool up above the relaxation pool side. It was such a spectacular view and we had so much wild life visit us at our room, including a family of coatis! Service at this resort is impeccable. Every single interaction was pleasant. We felt very pampered and taken care of the entire time. We utilized the room service many times and it was fast and hot every time! Shuttles were very prompt. The resort is walkable if you choose, we cut thru the two sides via the beach! We did the time share/discount sales pitch and it went so fast and got a free romantic dinner out of it, which was such an amazing experience. I will say that I did get food poisoning from an egg dish from room service, but even having had that happen, it did not take away from the experience at all. I will say to keep your expectations with in reason with the food. It is an all inclusive and they follow the same menus as many of the secrets resorts. You can definitely find good food there, but it’s very similar to what you would find on a cruise. We thought it was great overall. Seaside grille and the sushi from the Japanese restaurant were fabulous. With preferred club we were able to book cabanas thru our concierge the day before, which we did twice! We had a welcome bottle of champagne and rum in our room for our anniversary! The staff members addressed that on arrival! We booked one rainforest jungle tour with Frank the Tank tours and had a great experience, although sick from food poisoning, it still was a great time! I read a lot of reviews about people saying negative things about this resort and I really had a hard time finding anything bad. Food poisoning happens all the time everywhere so I’m not holding that against them. It is a beautiful, clean, elegant property! We loved the privacy and layout of the little bungalows! Would 100% be back. If preferred club isn’t an option for you, I would still go! All the rooms look amazing and the only things that are better about preferred is breakfast at seaside grille, cabana use, and a preferred only dinner room service menu, so don’t stress if you can’t get it! Love this place and all its beauty!
