We use the hotel conference facility for a speech, our clients were happy with the hotel and rooms. Great customer service

I am here for an event, and the property itself is lovely. The staff is excellent in general, and the food has been excellent. However, they are renovating the north east section of the property and still putting guests in the rooms. There is a literal jackhammer above me and no one at the front desk will answer the phone to let me know when the noise might end. In addition, while the staff at the spa is great, it is definitely dated and not comparable with other spas from that perspective. If the noise does not end, it will be impossible to stay in this room. Really hoping for the best. This is pretty awful and they absolutely should not be putting people in these rooms while they are renovating around them.

Would not recommend, will not stay again. Awful, from reading previous reviews, customers who had rooms on higher floors clearly had refurbished rooms but anything on first floor, lower or 4th floor are very poor. I arrived (for business) on my own late at night and the first room was on the ground floor, a great big conference room with a pull down bed and a door that didn’t lock properly…I was then moved to a 4th floor room, again it was basically the living room of a suite with another pull down bed. The room had an awful smell and the water pressure was dire (and I’m from UK so well used to a trickle from a shower). I complained about the water and the smell but nothing was done. Hotel was also freezing as the air was ramped so high, I heard many people complaining about this in the lobby.

We are currently half way through our 3 week stay at the Rosen, this is our eighth time here and it just never disappoints. We were allocated one of the newly refurbished rooms on the tenth floor and the room is lovely, very modern, the bathroom has a large walk in shower and overall the room is excellent. As always the staff are very welcoming and professional. Just a fantastic Hotel along with great outdoor facilities so much so we are coming back next year.

The entrance at Rosen Shingle Creek is grand, beautifully maintained, and immediately sets the tone for the stay. Everything was spotless, and the welcome from the staff was warm, hospitable, and genuinely appreciated after a long travel day. Our room on the 9th floor offered a stunning view of Universal and the resort’s lush grounds. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. The shower had excellent water pressure, and every detail felt clean and well cared for. The resort has fantastic dining options ranging from casual to fine dining, making it easy to enjoy great meals without leaving the property. All common areas were tidy and well kept, which added to the overall experience. The pool area was a highlight. I spent most of my time at the pool with cabanas, conveniently located right next to the bar and grill. The service there was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. The spa is an absolute must. Incredibly calming, professional, and a standout part of the stay. And to end each night on a sweet note, Creek Creamery became a ritual. Their ice cream was the perfect treat to wrap up the day. Rosen Shingle Creek delivers exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and a consistently high-quality experience across every part of the resort.
