We stayed 4 nights at the Shingle Creek and it was fantastic! The pool options were perfect. The lap pool is a great way to get in a workout while being outside. We rented a cabana one day when we had some local family visit us and it was perfect. The restaurants are top notch! We enjoyed the italian restaurant twice! The bartender, Bryon was very attentive, helpful and friendly. He made a custom drink based on a description of what my friend likes. He loved it! The Land steak house was delicious! We also enjoyed the homemade guac and a light mexican meal one night. Service was great everywhere we went. (pool bar, market area, take out breakfast)

This is our second time staying at Rosen Shingle Creek and we love it even more than the first time. The hotel, the grounds, the amenities, all stunning. The pulled pork nachos at Cat-Tails by the pool: 10000/10. We ordered them 2 days in a row. Check in was a breeze. We had an issue with the AC in our room making a loud rattling and banging noise and the front desk was super helpful and promptly moved us to another room. As a member of I Prefer we were able to get late check out which was a plus. Can’t wait to come back!

Very disappointed with our recent stay - May 14, 2026 to May 16,2026 - at Rosen Shingle Creek. Orlando. FL. The room fridge had no water available, there was no microwave in the room, and guests have to pay extra just to use the gym. On top of that, our visitors were charged $60 for parking in one day. For a resort at this price point, these added costs and missing basics are unacceptable.

What a shame that the Sales team at Shingle creek could not be bothered to answer my request for a quote for a 3 day stay at this great hotel, at which we’ve stayed previously. I sent a request to the sales team a week or so ago and received an acknowledgment e mail promising a response next day when this didn’t happen I resent the request again and again received an acknowledgment but still no proper response. It’s very disappointing that one of our favourite hotels in Florida could not be responsive, given that I’m still receiving promotional offers regarding staying at the hotel.

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms big and there are a couple of pools and hot tubs which are very clean. The folks are very friendly and there are a few places to eat at this resort, slightly expensive but good food. The rooms are very quiet, we were there while the resort was hosting a convention. It was very loud in the area of the restaurants but everywhere else very relaxing. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Also a golf course is attached if you are a golfer.
