A Beautiful Resort and a Good Staff

My wife and I went to Rosen Shingle Creek for a short getaway. It is a beautiful resort. My wife is not a golfer so we did not golf, but they have a beautiful golf course. The resort also has a spa, a fitness center, several pools, a selection of restaurants, and shopping. Our room was very nice. There was a comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was spacious and had very nice finishes. The TV was large and seemed to be UHD. When we first came to the room the TV was not working properly, but I called down to reception and they sent someone up to fix it. It worked well for the rest of our stay. The room also has a coffee maker, a refrigerator, complimentary wifi, and plenty of space to relax in. Parking was complimentary as a guest of the hotel and there was no resort fee. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek.

Awesome Place

This was our second visit to this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. The place is beautiful, immaculate and service is great. Our room was spacious with a nice view. The only minor negative was parking, too far. The drinks were pretty good. We also had breakfast in the morning at their buffet restaurant and it was a good deal. Can’t wait to go back.

I always had a great experience in Rosen shingle before but this time was a completely different experience. At greeting the sales person was not very friendly. When asked for a nice room they gave me a room with filthy carpet, unclean bathroom and the hall way was wet. When I requested to change my room they stated all their rooms are like this . I told them I stayed here before and they are not . I asked to speak to the manager and initially the front desk person said she was the manager, when pressed she went to the manager, Brett Warren, who did not rally care. Management who does not care trickles down employees who does not care . When I complained they didn’t even apologize and gave me another room saying it’s upgraded, it was the same room with a view of the roof down stairs. The elevators were wet, teenagers in the hallway screaming and making noise and people in the pool making noise until one am. I understand the hotel was busy, but the hotel has over 1000 rooms they should know how to handle a large capacity. I will not come back to this hotel . Orlando has many beautiful hotels that you can choose from stay away from this one if you what a 4 star experience.

One and done for this hotel

First and last time here Had a queen suite. Mattress and pillows should have been replaced a Long time ago! AC on and off all night and made so much noise Restaurants were extremely,y high priced and only some of the were worth the price. Many hotels offered shuttled from airport not there.

Horrible Experience

I placed this reservation online and was not aware, nor was I told during check-in that I would be charged $28 plus 6.6% for parking. This is ridiculous. I have stayed at many other resorts in Orlando and never had to pay for parking. I will never stay or recommend this establishment to anyone.
