Lupita at water aerobics was excellent always smiling and a lot energy. She was the best. And the arte huichol was a great experience

Some of the reviews made me question our choice and look to change but I’m glad we didn’t You can pay a lot more and get less, you can pay a lot less, and get less, what you will get is value for money. Ocean deluxe room : decent size, individual air con ( lowest 20 but it was fine ) great house keeping service. The beds are made of concrete which is odd but they were comfortable with a huge bed. The staff are incredible, repeat guests love them and you can see why. The food is acceptable, nothing great but look at the price point, it’s value for money, same with the drinks, you get what you pay for. We went out every night for dinner anyway, which was always the plan. The drinks service on the beach is incredible - every 10 mins or so ….. sunbeds mattress toppers are so comfortable . Yes people reserve them and go off for hours, then snarl when they spot we’ve taken ‘their’ table. Yes we did !!!!! There are beach sellers but they’re really friendly. What is horrific is how some guests think it’s ok to leave trash on the beach for someone else to pick up, and cigarettes in the sand. Or worse, through cigarette ends into the ocean - we witnessed it - what is wrong with people ?? There’s a lack of please and thank you towards the wait staff and more direct requests …… ‘ Agua - lots of ice ‘. Overall we had a good stay but sadly saw the worst in human nature - it’s not like the fish want to start smoking so stop throwing your cigarettes into the ocean - it’s disgusting Animation team worked hard all the time

Many time repeat guest and always gets a recommendation from me. clean and friendly all inclusive with a great value that allows you to explore off resort without the guilt of feeling like you’re wasting money. The few minor issues we’ve ever had were always made right quickly and sincerely. Can not say enough good things about the management. Stay here without a second thought.

Our 8th stay at this amazing resort. Service is great and we are very happy with the food quality. Definitely recommend this resort that is close to the Malecon and many outstanding restaurants. Awesome servers are Fausto, Francia, Isidro and many others, definitely recommend this resort!
