This hotel has the best location and great employees. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is all inclusive, but still affordable enough to go out and enjoy other restaurants outside the hotel as well. And the location is very walkable, It’s very central to downtown Vallarta, and the Romantic zone is only a 20 minute walk.

Celso was very friendly and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. He remembered that I didn’t want the spice on the rim of my glass and always offered food options as well. Even when another waitress brought my drink he checked on me and told her I didn’t like the spice
