Exceptional!!

This was our second year coming back to this resort and already planning the next year. This resort has everything you would want and need from a vacation. Beautiful grounds, amazing staff, great food variety, pristine beaches and pools. We had kept in touch with some of the staff and when they found out we were coming back we had our room ready at check-in, restaurants booked for the week and treats with champagne on ice ready in the room. Our housekeeper Margarita Which we had last year as well was one of the beat housekeepers we have had in any resort. She really does care about her clients and makes sure you always have what you need. She also found out it was my birthday few days before arriving and had the whole room decorated from the entrance door all the way in!! We spoke with others at the airport that paid so much money for other 5 star resorts and had so many complaints and disappointments. This resort is not too expensive yet has everything with no complaints. Highly recommend this resort.

Juan Carlos Butler was excellent. He helped me with changing my bed, fixing the toilet and the hot water, and helped me make reservations for me and my friends. A very nice and kind man. Thank you Juan!!

In general, our experience at the resort was very positive. The food and the service were good, the resort is very clean and the staff members are in general very accomodating.

We were a group of 22 ranging in ages from 6-71. We had heard some things and read some really bad reviews about this resort but they were completely wrong. The resort is beautiful. Well manicured grounds, clean rooms attentive staff and some of the best bartenders ever. (Omar and Alexandra, Sandy) The beach was always clean ( staff groomed it every day) the pool was beautiful, lots of chairs ( if you didn't stay in bed until noon) always lots of clean towels (and the girl in the towel hut was funny as can be. The A La Carte restaurants were great and getting reservations wasn't as hard as we were led to believe. We had a butler named Jaun Carlos and he was amazing. He got us reservations for all of our group when we e wanted them. Buffet food was good (almost always had bacon in the morning) omelet guys were quick and could understand what we wanted in the omelets. Best part was there was almost always a tray of blue cheese on the cheese table. The day we left as we were trying to buy somethings at the duty free at the airport we discovered that my wife had left her purse at the resort. We contacted Jaun Carlos and he found her purse and got in a taxi to bring it to the airport but unfortunately it was too late. He then proceeded to find someone at the resort who would bring it home for us. ( It should be arriving in a couple of days) A lovely young lady from NFLD brought it home with her. That is service above and beyond if you ask me. Thank you What's app and Jaun Carlos!!!!!!!
Very Disappointing. This was not a 4.5 as advertised by Air transat. it was no better than a 3.0 We have stayed in DomiC

we have stayed at least 10 times in Dominican for a week at around $6000 CANADIAN . All have been 4.5 and above. This was advertised as a 4.5 but was at best a 3. Very disappointing. Airtransat totally misled us.
