I had a wonderful time at this resort. It's gorgeous, and the environment is clean. The staff is both friendly and humorous, and I developed a fondness for the Japanese restaurant. I loved the pool and the property's overall design. The rooms are clean; I would visit again.

I had an amazing time in this resort! There’s always something to do from morning to night (games, dancing, shows, etch.,). The staffs (receptionists, bartenders, waiters, security guards, and more) are very warm and friendly. Especially Randy, he goes out of his way to ask if there’s anything we need and he kept us informed about any upcoming events, will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay! Special shoutout to our server and chef at the Japanese restaurant — I don't remember her name but she affectionately calls one of my friends "English" ?? — they were fantastic. The spa team was also very warm and welcoming; I'm so glad I booked the massage, I left feeling completely renewed ?? There were just a few minor issues: we had a problem with the toilet fixture when flushing, but it was fixed after we reported it to the front desk. We also noticed the food gets cold quite quickly, likely due to the chilly atmosphere in the evenings. The hotel overall is very nice. The only real inconvenience is that when you book a tour, you have to walk all the way to the main gate to get picked up. Despite that, we didn't let it stop us from enjoying our time. We had a great stay and hope to be back in the near future!

5 stars all round for this hotel. Lovely and clean and modern. Great staff, great breakfast. The most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve experienced in an hotel. Perfect location, right opposite the beach. Supermarkets within 5 min walk, and abundance of restaurants to chose from. If I had a small criticism, it could do with nightly entertainment. This would not stop me from returning to this hotel in the future though!
