Overall the experience was great! Our butler Isaury de los Santos made sure of that, he was attentive and available at all times. Hotel has activities everyday, which is fun. Various pools and beach were awesome. Rooms are clean, serviced everyday and spacious. There is rock climbing and trapeze included. You can also do parasailing for an extra fee. There are small shops, candy store, gym, spa, doctor’s office, billiards, ping pong, casino (third party), disco and a kids club (it’s a family hotel). Food was ok, could be better but we are not picky eaters. Our favorite restaurant was Mexican, we skipped the rest. They also do a beach party so pack something white ??.

The hotel is only 25 minutes drive from the airport. Variety of food in the buffet. You need to ask for the map of the hotel. Has a good water park for kids. Staff are friendly but mostly cannot speak English. You are so lucky if you speak Spanish. It has a beautiful white sand beach with two lifeguard stations. We were there in early April. The water was very wavy. Security across the beach which will give you a feeling of safety. Overall we enjoyed of our stay in this hotel.

rooms need to be overhaled , bathrooms in poor shape , took many cold showers entertainment in the lobby is too loud and till 11pm so you hear it in your room. food is good, beach beautiful, pools nice, service depends on who you tip well. managers are not helpful

I stayed at the resort for 3 nights and I had the best vacation ever! There are plenty of activities do. The staff is amazing. Lots of food options.I will definitely go back again with my family and stay at this resort. The staff at the pool deck and the beach party kept us entertained! The rooms are a little bit old but I was only staying in the room to sleep.
