It was SO much fun, we stayed for 4 nights and had a little issue during the first night with getting the wrong room, but thanks to our amazing butler Jose, it was all fixed up by the next night and we got this amazing room with a great view of the pool. The beds are super comfortable, and the ceiling for our second room was super high. It was a ton of fun, a lot of spring breakers because of the relatively cheap price. The drinks were great, and the lines were never too long. Almost all of the staff was super nice. When we arrived I tried to immediately get dinner reservations, as I read that it is hard to and they book up quickly, unfortunately I couldnt. But not to fear, Jose is here! Our butler had reserved us 3 dinners for the 3 nights we had left, the food was great at the restaurants. The hibachi was amazing, and the margaritas at the mexican were amazing. I would definitely come back.

fun spring break prob won’t be back. loved fedrina though!!!! just crowded and food not great. made reservations at french, hibachi, and dominican- all were good except dominican.

Has been a great trip!! Isaury de los Santos from butler service has made the trip such a breeze and has became such a friendly face to see around!! I cannot wait to come back

Must read and review, do not visit if you have young children. During spring break, totally avoid this place as Barcelo group- Occidental allow people as young as 16 years with $200 security deposit, so you can imagine the crowd.

If I could give it a Zero a would. This is the Worst hotel/resort. Customer service is awful. Food is terrible. Rooms are gross. Everything is rusty and falling apart. But in reality, the customer service at the restaurants is the worst thing. Reservations staff are incompetent.
