Air conditioner wasn’t working well dirty no cleaning service while stay doble room in DR means studio with 2 beds “the terminology “ it was also a ghetto environment The only thing that was good it was the inclusive deals but every drink is not included just so you know and that every seafood is not included

The main reason for giving 2 and not a 5, is most of the employees were careless and rude, eating at the buffet was bad trying to get silverware and drinks. Please management train your server to show hospitality or hire more people to do the job. Only on our last day, a server was great at giving us the attention we needed! The hotel is hughe about 800 rooms, is a family one, so expect hundres of people and lots of walking as well. Before staying here, we spent a week in another hotel, We had a great experience! Great customer attention.

We were there only 1 night before going to Cap Cana. I wish we would have stayed here. The room was comfortable as was the bed. They had an in-room coffee pot but only one 2-cup pack. The all-inclusive food was not too bad. We visited the buffet for lunch and breakfast. We had dinner at the Dominican. The fish in coconut sauce was great. The staff was very accommodating. Getting around was a bit confusing but things were not so far to walk. The pool and beach were wonderful and clean. No seaweed here!!
First time in Punta Cana

Had a wonderful stay with my wife. Music every night and can’t say more about how warm and friendly all levels of staff were. Beach was fantastic with shaded palms and pool was always lively. Was so pleased that most of the week that we spent was all in Native language. Truly felt as though we were immersed in the Caribbean culture
Hot Mess All-Inclusive

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the view and the pool. Checked in on Thursday which we stood in line for over an hour; Had a rain storm on Friday night which lead to no elevators for 5 days; no internet or tv for 3 days; hair dryer didn’t work; the fan only had 1 speed (warp); lights didn’t work; no one answers the phone at the front desk; music at night went until 2:00 in the morning and the food was not very good.
