Our time was wonderful at cribe occidental , it was a last minute choice that was exactly what we needed . The beach , soft warm breeze & beautiful Caribbean Sea as expected but the warmth of the staff and troupe that entertained and took care of our needs was the real treat , Dionisio made reservations for us and made sure we enjoyed our time,thanks to all

Occidental Caribe is a pretty resort with a well-designed layout, and the entertainment—especially for children—was enjoyable. Juan, Katherine, Randy, Wil at reception, and the bell staff stood out for their excellent service. Unfortunately, our experience with much of the rest of the staff was disappointing. Communication was often difficult for English-speaking guests, and at times we felt overlooked while staff gathered in small groups. We also felt that Spanish-speaking guests received more attention. The beach was closed for most of our stay. Although the pool was crowded, a canoe race was held there while guests—including children—were swimming. One of our friends was hit hard in the back by a participant, which was concerning and could have been avoided with better attention to pool safety. The resort could also do more to accommodate guests with diabetes. Sugar-free drink options were limited, including through room service. Overall, the resort has attractive grounds and good entertainment, but service, pool safety, and dietary accommodations need improvement.

I had a wonderful time at this resort. It's gorgeous, and the environment is clean. The staff is both friendly and humorous, and I developed a fondness for the Japanese restaurant. I loved the pool and the property's overall design. The rooms are clean; I would visit again.

I had an amazing time in this resort! There’s always something to do from morning to night (games, dancing, shows, etch.,). The staffs (receptionists, bartenders, waiters, security guards, and more) are very warm and friendly. Especially Randy, he goes out of his way to ask if there’s anything we need and he kept us informed about any upcoming events, will definitely come back!
