My family vacations were good but I made a request upon arrival to move to another room willing to pay for the difference however, what I originally wanted was not offered and instead my family and I were placed in another room supposed to be better than what I had and it was not what I expected.

The overall experience was good, my Butler Baroni Rodriguez assisted with navigating the resort and highlighting the activities as making the experience smooth. The atmosphere was friendly everyone was pleasant and helpful.
