The fitness facility and tennis courts were kept in excellent condition thanks to Horacio! Horacio was also extremely helpful in the fitness facility!

Our stay at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa for our wedding was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, care, and hospitality exceeded every expectation and made our entire wedding week absolutely perfect. Salvador, our Preferred beach butler, was amazing—always attentive, kind, and two steps ahead of anything we could need. Laura, our private concierge, made sure every detail of our stay was seamless and stress-free. We felt genuinely cared for the whole time. For our two romantic dinners, Armando provided exceptional service. He made each evening feel special and personalized, and we are so grateful for the attention he showed us. Rogelio helped coordinate our excursions and made everything easy, fun, and well organized. We loved every experience he planned. And of course, Karla, our wedding coordinator, was incredible. She brought our vision to life flawlessly and made the day feel effortless and magical. We couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, detail-oriented person to guide us. A huge thank-you as well to Mayte and the entire wedding photo team—they captured our day beautifully and made us feel comfortable and celebrated from start to finish. Dreams Tulum will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are so grateful for everyone who played a part in making our wedding week everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend this resort for any couple planning a destination wedding or looking for an unforgettable getaway.

Ricky and Ronnie were awesome! The ocean front rooms were nice, little trouble at the beginning but the staff made things right and the coffee was great.

We had a great time with the entertainment team- Ricky, Ronnie, & Eric made the events so much fun. 10/10 hype guys. Wish there was more events during the day and throughout. The food was good but also wish there was more gluten free options. Garden room was very peaceful.
