Dreams was an overall enjoyable experience. My girlfriend and I came here for a week long trip and had a great time. We were looking for something that was relaxing and enjoyable, and that's exactly what it was! The service was great, the staff were kind and appreciative, they were quick with service and my drinks in the room never ran dry (a great problem to have!) We enjoyed the amenities and the food. Overall the food was an 8/10. Our favorite restaurants were Himitsu, Portofino, and the World Cafe. The portions were a little small at times, but considering we ordered everything on the menu it was filling, the world cafe had many options throughout the day, and their Mexican food and fruit was especially good. El Patio was a little disappointing. The Beach and the activities were nice, there was quite a bit of seaweed and some days they did clear it, but others they did not. In terms of activities, we did the dance party, the fire show, and the foam party. We enjoyed them all, the fire show was outstanding and the tricks they were doing were impressive, the foam party was fun too, and Ricky is the man! We love Ricky his hips are insanely smooth and he brings the life to the party. At times though there was a little too much partying, could have been a little quieter or had times through the day they weren't blasting music. I think they do a poor job of leaving you alone at times; I did not partake in the offer, but other reviews seemed very turned off by their deceptive salespeople. Also the photographers were annoying, we did not want pictures done nor did we want to drop $200 for a small package, and after they say "one picture!" they end up taking 20 more, ridiculous. The rooms were nice, the little room inside the bathroom where the toilet was always had a smell to it but otherwise the room was nice, very spacious for 2. Had no issues with the fridge or a/c. It seemed very clean, the staff did a great job of tidying up and we got restocked with room service every single day. 24/7 room service had good food, but they do try to get you with the add-ons. Lastly we did the spa and enjoyed it, Nala and Claudia both served us and we had one of the best massages, it was very relaxing and the facility was nice and clean. The downside to the spa is that they also try to sell everything to you. Which in a place you're supposed to relax it can be annoying. Overall Dreams is great, it could improve with some alterations to how they push certain items and overall just trying not to sell so many things to you, that can get a little irritating.

Had an amazing experience visiting for a wedding. Entertainment was lively with multiple different experiences hosted by Jared, Eric, Victor, Margely, Pablo and Ricky, from dance lessons to trivia games. All the restaurants were delicious as well. Great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

Fantastic 2 week holiday. Pool,beach,trips,food,staff and people so attentive and friendly.

This was our first time in Mexico and we can't wait to come back. The food was delicious and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dreams Tulum to anyone considering a trip to Mexico

A magical holiday location which really is a place to unwind. Rooms were clean, spacious and ours looked out to sea. Worth paying a little more to get a preferred room as you have a private beach area and more comforts. Staff were so accommodating and did their utmost to help in any way possible. One frustration was the overkill on the photographs team who came around constantly trying to get you to have a photo which proved frustrating after two weeks of being approached at least three times a day!
