Cozy resort with old world charm

We loved our stay at Dreams Tulum specifically for the service we enjoyed from Hugo and Ingri at Portofino (Dios bo’otik!). We wish we had more nights with you at Portofino! Melania at the breakfast buffet, Erick, Alex and Paola on the entertainment team (you made us feel welcome and involved), Mayru (hostess) at many of the restaurants, Lorenzo always had our drink ready with a smile at Rendevouz bar, Alfonso and Edilberto took great care with our drinks at Preferred lounge, Kevin and Papi at UVC were professional and knowledgeable at UVC, Yazmine made the best omelets we've had at over 8 resorts visited, Landy, Kenia and Brat at the spa made our experience very pleasant, Timhy at the preferred beach bar was fun to chat with and always had our favorite drinks, Samuel at VIP services became an immediate friend, Eric at Bordeaux was attentive and quick and introduced us to Chef Henry who made astonishingly fantastic shrimp with bacon. Lastly, Jorge and Carlos made our last lunch at the resort meaningful and special. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit!

Everyone was amazing and helpful. If you needed anything you could ask and it was delivered! Definitely will be taking a trip with the family here! Erick, Alex and Victor are the life of the party but the bartenders are something else. Great people , great atmosphere and a time of a lifetime.
