Edgar at bites was so amazing! His customer service is second to none. He was always attentive, very kind, and he knew exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend sitting in his section and seeing his million dollar smile!

I recently spent a week here with a friend, and it was amazing! The entertainment team was top notch: Erik, Ivan, Andres, Sofia, Adi, Esmerelda, Karla, and Mauricio! The activities they led were so fun, particularly the nighttime entertainment and the hat and wine bottle painting led by Sofia. Cesar and Fernando made excellent pizzas for us daily at the pool. Maria and Nadia kept us hydrated and happy! This was my second time at this resort, and I will be back next year!

Above and beyond expectations! The staff were ultra attentive. As a foodie, I only had one meal that was marginal. The steak was, well, its a streak and if it is a good piece of meat and cooked to the correct temperature there isn't a whole lot else unless you put on a sauce (DON'T DO IT). The pools were fun, the activities were great, and the servers were exceptional.

A truly wonderful experience. The service was incredible, the staff were smiling and attentive, and the resort was very clean. It's not the most beautiful beach, but there's a kind of barrier that prevents seaweed from getting too close. The staff puts in a lot of effort each morning, working as a team, to clean everything. There's still a section that's perfect for swimming, with beautiful turquoise water. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll definitely be back.
