This has been a great trip. June, Hunter, and Corri (our butlers) have been so helpful and friendly. Our housekeeper, Jianna, has kept our room in great shape and made sure to introduce herself as well as wish us goodbye. Special shout out to Chad in Kimonos - he kept us in drinks and was really funny. The folks in Mario’s for breakfast were also fantastic. Our spa visits were amazing - thank you to Simone and Polly. Thank you to the entire Sandals Grande Antigua team for such a great, relaxing, and stress-free stay. Can’t wait to come and stay again!

My wife and I came to celebrate our 15th anniversary! This was our 2nd sandals experience and we already booked a 3rd. From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and pleasant. We had a Butler rondoval room that was beachfront (302). Being able to walk out our door and onto the beach every morning was perfect. Our Butlers were a great team! We had Dionne, Shawn and Daren. Dionne was fantastic and made sure we had a new drink every hour we were at the beach when she was on during the day. The boys were great too at making sure we were taken care of every morning with our cooler full of waters and rum punch. It was great that we didn't have to think about what to do for dinner each night as they had already booked them for us on our arrival. The photo team was great especially Delmore we felt like did a great job of brining the island feeling hospitality every time he saw us during the week he would say hello and check on us and even found us at check out and gave us a hug on our way out. Jefford, with the water sports team, took great care of us when we wanted to take the kayaks out and then the hobie cats. We had never done the hobie cat before so he went out with us to show us how it was done. He also let us know the best chicken sandwich for lunch was at the bistro. He was not wrong. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 was the beach being public and every 5 to 10 minutes being asked if we wanted to buy something or go on a tour or go on jet skis, etc.

This was our 7th Sandals vacation in just over three years. (Emerald Members) The resort grounds and the beach were wonderful as always and while our Butler room was close to the beach where we like to be it was outdated and needs a refresh. The food was good, but we've had better overall at other Sandals. The 5-Star rating came from our Butler service; they were the best! Kevin, Dillon, Kai and LaLa were excellent! The staff from the front desk to the bartenders, waiters, and housekeeping were great as well. The above-mentioned butlers made this trip a good one in all that they did for us. They went above and beyond and they were personable, professional and fun!

Thank you for making this the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. After a long few months of extreme stress, this resort and the staff could not have been more perfect. A giant shout out to our butler team, Matara, Jess and Tiffany! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us. You made our anniversary week so perfect!!!! We look forward to returning next year.

Our rebooking experience with Marcia, Latisha, and Sandy was exceptional! They are good at what they do and a joy to spend time with!
