We toured with Lawrence in Antigua, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The tour was very informative as we drove through the lush tropical rainforest, taking in beautiful scenery and learning about the island along the way. We also had the chance to visit stunning beaches and stopped at OJ’s Beach Bar & Restaurant, where we enjoyed some of the freshest mahi-mahi sandwiches—truly out of this world. After lunch, we relaxed, swam, and soaked up the Caribbean atmosphere right on the beach. This tour was easily a 5 out of 5. I would absolutely recommend Lawrence for anyone looking to experience the beauty, culture, and flavors of Antigua in a fun and personalized way.

What a beautiful resort! We wanted an all inclusive resort and it was perfect! We decided to have butler service and they were spectacular! Sean and Dionne were so personable and helped us so much throughout our week there. They even surprised us with a beautifully decorated room for our 30th anniversary as well as a decorative table for dinner that evening. All of this would not have been possible without Amy from Dream Makers Vacation Services. Even though we decided on this trip, very last minute, she helped us so much by providing as many options as possible for the week we wanted. She gave great descriptions of each resort to help with the decision process. Have just returned from a weeks stay and wanted to say what a great setting and what great levels of service we received from all the staff. Special mention to Masadie on the front desk who went out of her way to assist when we needed to arrange unexpected medical assistance and transportation. Would certainly agree this is a 5* hotel from a location, service and food perspective but the rooms and buildings are now a bit dated and are more like 4*. This was our second Sandals holiday (previously visited Ocho Rios, Jamaica) and would consider doing another one.

Kudos, and our warmest thanks to our butler team at Sandals Grand Antigua: Tiffany, Tanyalee and Jason. For us, quite possibly the best butler trio at any Sandals resort! They always remembered and took care of all our requests no matter how small they might have been, provided great communication every single day, countless surprises, including fantastic room decorations for our wedding anniversary. You are the best - thank you!
