This was our best Vacation ever!

This is our second trip to the Royalton Chic Cancún. Our 1st trip was only 2 months into the hotel opening and we had a great experience then. This time around all I can say is Wow! Beyond the obvious fact that the hotel is beautiful and the amenities are great, the best part of the hotel is the staff! They truly, I mean truly make you feel like familia. Words can’t describe how much better our experience was made by our personal diamond club butler, Karla. She handled all our dinner reservations, spa appointments and so much more! She really made our vacation even more relaxing than it already was. We also want to give a shout out to Ernesto and the whole vibe crew who really put a great effort into making sure all the hotel guest have a fun time. The nightly shows they put on are beyond anything you would expect, our favorites were the Michael Jackson and Queen tributes. Lastly we’d like to thank Omar and Luis who made sure we were taken care of while at the diamond club beach. We have been to many places in the Cancún area but by far the Royalton has been the best. We look forward to returning soon!

4/5 I would come back! Highlights; beautiful property, beautiful beach access, food and beverage options. Negative; check-in was difficult and long, the hotel credits are pointless, lots of additional charges, sometimes long wait for drinks, and shower smells. Thanks to Carl from Level 18 and Lisa the mixologists for making our trip!
