Still a great vacation.

This was our third trip to Hyatt Zilara Cancun in the last 10 years. Although the hotel can use some updating and is slated to close for renovations from 4/2025 to 12/2025, it remains one of my favorites. Great location and views, great food and drinks, good entertainment and what makes it great, most of all, is the staff. Restaurant, bar, cleaning, bell and concierge; all wonderful. I would like to single out a few stand outs that made our stay what it was: Daniel the Culinary Concierge; Ernesto, Mixologist at the Den; Jesus, waiter from Spice; Alejandra, egg/omelette station at Spice and Sara from housekeeping. I only hope that management remembers these and all the great staff during renovations. It is these amazing people that make Zilara Cancun.

We had an unbelievable time during our stay! All the staff are extremely helpful and respectful at all times, they really know how to treat their guests! We recommend booking a photoshoot with Carlos, his photography and editing skills are amazing he took some absolutely fantastic photos of us through the hotel and on the beach! We also 100% recommend reserving a dinner at Chef’s plate! Chef Ulises’s food was among the best I have ever had the privilege of tasting and our waiter Noe really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like honorary guests! We 100% recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return someday!
