The food itself was outstanding—each dish beautifully presented What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional service provided by Marcelino. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome. His attentiveness, professionalism, and knowledge of the menu ensured that every recommendation was spot-on. It’s rare to encounter service that feels both seamless and heartfelt, but Marcelino delivered exactly that. He turned a great meal into a truly memorable dining experience. ? Had to put a review on here about restaurant Hakka - it absolutely stands out from the rest of the hotel. Fantastic staff and delicious food. Crispin and Marciano were amazing and attentive waiters - we couldn’t ask for better. They made our holiday very memorable. Excellent service.
