very nice location,nice beach,nice staff overall experience very good. Ressort is getting a little dated. It sure needs a little face lift and renos.

We enjoyed the one week all inclusive stay at this beautiful resort with long long lazy quiet white sandy beaches. We were here last year and the sun escape section, which is in between the secrets and the Dreams is no longer there, being demolished and renovated and sections added to the Dreams resort. We were still able to use the restaurants on the Dreams side as well as the restaurants on the secret side. The staff are wonderful, the market Cafe is fantastic and be like to Name the following wonderful staff at the market Cafe, Eliza, Kenya, Mario, Riccardo, Gaspar, Renée, Moises.

We have done quite a bit of travel in the Caribbean and had the best time in Cozumel at Secrets Aura. The staff was wonderful; friendly, attentive and professional. The resort is beautiful. Our room 4034 was in the back of the resort and recently remodeled. My only complaint was storage- the credenza had cabinets which did not have shelves so I had to stack my clothes which quickly became messy. The restaurants were really good and our meals were served hot and very good. The snorkeling was 3/10; some fish, a couple rays, starfish and a barracuda but no coral; pretty bleak seascape. Bring water shoes, it is not easy getting in and out of the water.

Love this place! Been several times. Want to give a big shout out to the staff at Gohan. Our favorite restaurant. Marcel, Adiel, Rodrigo,and Jokebed (the sweetest hostess) are the best! They took great care of us every night we ate there ,which was the majority of our dinners there because we love sushi!

This was a fantastic trip my wife and I took to Cozumel. This was a couples only resort which was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was convenient from the airport, main plaza area and even other sites on the island. The atmosphere was top notch. The staff really set the tone for a relaxing time. Very nice people! You can do just about anything you want when you want to, just move at your own pace. Anything you need the staff will provide, just ask. Our room was clean, cool and I would suggest opting for a room with a view of the ocean. It is worth it. Our first morning after a long day of travel we ordered breakfast and ate on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Fantastic! Quiet, relaxing. Everyday my wife we head to the buffet, have coffee and breakfast and enjoy the view of the ocean. This truly was a relaxing environment. The food on the resort was well beyond our expectations. We ate at the French restaurant one night and that was just okay however, everything else we ate was amazing food, great variety, great fresh fruit. Even out in town the food we had was amazing. Ceviche is a must to have! I have to point out how much my wife and I appreciated the staff and all the work they put in to create an environment that you can just relax in. Many of the staff members remembered us by name, remembered what we drank the night before or how we prefer our coffee. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were helpful in giving insight on activities out in town. They were fantastic! The people we met and interacted with in town were wonderful!
