The hotel missed every opportunity to impress newlyweds.

This hotel was a gem in Naples and I booked two nights for a mini staycation and my wedding. At time of reservation I informed the staff this was for my wedding to ensure a quality experience. Unfortunately, it was a disapppintment. The room was nice, but not a good value for the money. No effort was done to acknowlege our special day, there was no paper or statuonary in the room, no options or recomendations for food past 9 pm or room service. The staff was more preocupied with their "new" system than guests and any notion of hospitality. There were errors on the bills and discounts not properly applied. There was plastic on the second floor making the place look like it was preparing for a mob hit- and elevators were non functional. The hotel changed hands a few months ago to Noble House, which prides itself on providing quality and top notch service in hospitality. Unfortunately, the transition for this venue has not reflected well for the brand and you will get better service and value on other venues.

New management-Terrible service

Has recently changed ownership/management and no longer has 5 star service. Facilities were same luxury as always. Upon check-in, they did not have the room we booked (king- gave us 2 doubles). Front desk could not problem solve. Said they were out of Kings and could put us on concierge level for 2.5 times the price. We weren't looking for an upgrade- just the room we booked. Day 2-upon returning from dinner, our keys did not work. Walked down to front desk, said "computer had checked us out"- we had booked a 3 night stay. New keys and back to the same old room. At our check out, the bill was incorrect. Had the wrong rate for the last 2 nights and charged us valet. The person at the front desk said she couldn't do anything about it. We insisted she talk to a manger or figure it out. After waiting, it was corrected. Common phrase from the front desk is" I can't do anything about it". This is not 5 star service. Sad that the hotel has gone downhill is such a short time. It can be corrected if management wants to.
