This hotel is just fantastic. All of the staff, from reception, cleaners, bar/restaurant and bell hop were amazing. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. Highly recommended.

I love this hotel! It exceeded my expectations. The staff was terrific. The room very comfortable. Food in restaurant was excellent.

Hotel was fine. But we had just stayed at the Prince George Hotel in Halifax which we liked more. Prince George was more centrally located (without being in the thick of things) and nicer. My biggest complaint - really my only complaint - about the Westin was the crappy pillows. I have never complained about pillows before but these were lumpy. When I went down to the front desk at 3:00 am, they told me the hotel only carried one kind of pillow. Nevertheless, they got me another pillow and that one was fine. Maybe the lumpy ones were old? (At the Prince George, one could request thinner pillows, which was great for me.)

Very happy with my stay. Fantastic location. Took a combination of ferries and Ubers to get to my business partners. Loved the bar in the evening and it was reassuring that even locals came to pickup takeout fish and chips. Breakfast buffet had just about everything you could want. Crispy bacon, an omelette station and fresh fruits, etc. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Five Stars all the way

Good location, near the waterfront. Busy, happy lobby and restaurants Good value for money Clean, rooms are quiet and comfortable. Staff is please helpful
