Your parking is terrible

Paying $250 is criminal. Park across the street This is highway robbery! The ritz Carlton doesn’t even charge that much. Absolute crooks
Comfortable Stay With Amazing Staff

The hotel is very clean, a very comfortable place to stay at. It has easy access in Waikiki, away from the traffic. Also has an amazing view of Diamond Head. Most importantly, the staff at Queen Kapi’olani, every single one are the best. They’re the nicest, most welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered staying at a hotel. Especially Ming, one of the staff members was extremely helpful and always had the biggest smile on her face. She makes our day!

This hotel is very conveniently located and we always enjoy the pool on the 3rd floor as well as the work out facility. We recommend getting a room with a balcony. Great value for the price.

Friendly staff Good Location Good Facilities The issue I had is the room Size and room infra (bathtub top layer peeling off , the rumbling AC unit in the room)

We stayed on the 12th floor and had a great view of Waikiki beach and some of the zoo. We had an A/C problem when we got here and they had a whole new unit by the time we got back from the beach. The Deck had amazing food and wonderful diamond head views. Great coffee from Knotts. 10/10 would stay again.
