Royal Kahana Maui by OUTRIGGER Condo is currently undergoing an exterior spalling project which is being worked on section by section of the building. To minimize the inconvenience, efforts are made to keep guests as far away from the area being worked on. This project is expected to run through to December 31, 2024. Intermittent noise is anticipated.
Overview
Located between the resort areas of Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay on Maui, the Royal Kahana Maui by OUTRIGGER offers air-conditioned condominium units in an ocean front high rise setting at Kahana. The majority of units have spectacular ocean views, with the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance.
Cleaning fees include
- There is a mandatory check-out cleaning fee per unit paid directly to the hotel:
- Studio units - $214 USD (plus tax). 1 Bedroom units - $264 USD (plus tax). 2 Bedroom units - $314 USD (plus tax).
Other fees include
- There is a mandatory Damage Protection Charge per unit paid directly to the hotel of $59 USD plus tax.

Well kept condo complex

Love this condo building. Great location. Great staff there managing the building and keeping the grounds looking nice. Lots of repeat vacationers from the US go here. Some beach which I think can wash away at times. Pool was decent for the kids and there was a small food truck (Mexican run?) We would return!!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

We have stayed at this property several times. The unit we stayed in was a studio with a Murphy bed. LOVE the location! Right on the water. You can drift off to sleep to the sound of the roaring ocean. Small beach with great access. Good for snorkeling. Smallish hot tub on the premises as well as a swimming pool. The best feature is the location!
