Great Location, Friendly Staff, Nice Rooftop Garden

This was a perfect location for me. I was on a 3 week first time Amtrak Adventure. This was close to the train station. It was also walking distance to several museum and the Olvera Market. The hotel has a nice rooftop garden. As a gold member I got a F&B credit that basically covered my dinner. Jennifer at check in was very friendly and accommodating and Jose was very quick to help with luggage and additional questions I had about area and directions for places I wanted to visit.

Enjoyed our first trip to Los Angeles in many years while staying at the Doubletree. This large hotel is comfortable and has a great onsite restaurant. The restaurant staff treated us very well which brought us back for more meals. The Japanese garden is an added onsite plus. Walkable to some downtown locations and especially accessible to Amtrak stations.

One night business trip. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me resolve a scheduling jam that I and my employer had confused. Front desk manager and staff were wonderful, as was house keeping. Hotel has beautiful Japanese garden, bright, safe parking garage.
