Needs an Upgrade!!!

Stayed for 4 nights, we had 3 rooms as I was with colleagues. The rooms were ok, my room was an odd shape but quite spacious. The hotel is in need of some TLC, the reception and bar area looks very tired, this is the first impression as you enter the hotel. The breakfast was ok, it costs $35 a head for breakfast so you would expect a bit more choice. The hotel is situated in a sketchy part of the City, we were advised not to walk anywhere and to use cabs - I would also agree with a previous reviewer about the sirens and helicopters that are non stop at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleaner was great, my room was spotless every day.

This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled. Hair on toilet. Mold in and around tub. Dirty carpets. Water filtration around the window and tub wall. I travel at least twice a month for work - this stay was horrible and I’m returning home with chest congestion and cough, likely due to the mold. No amount of free cookies can mask the condition of the hotel.

Can I get the contact information for this hotel that is not a phone number. I stayed at your hotel from 25 October to 2 November 2025. During my stay, I ordered a phone from the Apple Store, which was marked as delivered on 30 October. However, despite multiple inquiries, I was never informed that the item had arrived. I am concerned about the whereabouts of this package and would appreciate your assistance in locating it or providing any relevant information regarding its delivery.

When we first came here, we at least expected some complimentary water and slippers like usual hotels. Hilton and Marriott are on the SAME level, and Marriott gives their guest automatically two bottles of complimentary water and two pairs of complimentary slippers. Here, we called the front desk about their complimentary water, and all they said was “sorry, that’s for the Hilton members.” ???? What do you mean we need a membership just to get something simple as DRINKING water? Sure they gave us a whole coffee machine but if there’s no water then they shouldn’t have given the coffee machine either. Look into their room facilities and read reviews. This is disappointing, Hilton.

Recently I stayed here at this location with some friends of mines and our experience was non other than top tier. The front desk staff Kiara and Daniella provided us with amazing customer service. Not missing a beat greeted us by name, thanked us while mentioning our status level and giving us great local restaurant and attractions suggestions. They made our stay feel special. Thank you ladies for the great start to our vacation.
