Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Accommodations are ok, hotel smells like a sewer line broke.

A short walk to Disneyland, the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The issue with the hotel is the stench throughout. It smells like a sewer pipe broke and the hallways, elevator, and property as a whole smelled pretty awful. Thankfully the rooms didn’t stink. The bed is not very comfortable. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I would stay elsewhere for future Disney trips.
Family vacation to Disney

It was nice 15 min walking distance to the parks. Walgreens and Starbucks are very close which is a perk. There are a few other restaurants. Hotel was nice, staff was nice. I choose to stay here because they had a bunk bed suit, washer and dryer if needed and a bar. Sadly they were having water problems so we did not get a bunkbed suit, and the laundry room of course was not working because it was effected by the water. And the bar is only open from 5 to 9. I was hoping to put my kids (ages 19,13,12,11)to sleep and me and my husband could spend some time together alone without leaving the hotel. I left messages asking if we could get a ground level room or a room above a business due to having 2 kids with autism and they loved to jump around. They didn't look at my messages and I asked when i checked in. They had none available so we got a 4th floor room and tried hard to keep them from jumping around. And as I was trying to be considerate of others we got people above us that obviously had a little kid (not the kids fault) that woke up at 6 in morning and we could hear them running around up there and then things getting pushed around till 9 am. Both days we were there. We were all very tired. We love to sleep in. And all went to bed late. The room we got was a 2 queen suit with a fold out couch in the living rm/kitchen. And because 2 of my kids were autistic and I don't trust them to sleep by the door, all my kids slept in the queen beds and my husband and I slept on the pull out couch near the door. So that was disappointing . Otherwise, It was a very nice hotel, very nice staff. It was just disappointing that everything I looked forward to in this hotel we didn't get, or was only open during certain hours or because they had water problems. I know things like that happens but I wish I was informed earlier.
