Luna Palace was great! Had the most wonderful experience with great staff and great time. Beautiful resort with amazing views and tons of opportunity for fun! Friendly area and you always feel safe, many things to do outside of the resort aswell.

Great place to stay.

Nice, clean and quiet place. Definitely will come back. Easy access to the beach, plenty of chairs available. Beautiful view of the islands. The pool is clean and aqua classes are available on request. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Great place to enjoy relaxing or not!

Great hotel. Right on the beach, great resort style pool. So close to many many good restaurants! Gotta try Diego's! Main street is right in front abd easy to get transportation to the downtown area.

Luna Palace

This was an awesome place to stay. One of the best rooms and views we have ever had in Mazatlan. You want a corner room to get the best view. Room 2001 to 6001. The pool is heated and the beach walk is the best and accessible from both directions.

Adolfo's the Best!

G and W L on Nov 25, 2023

Nice, quiet resort. Very impressed with the rooms, having a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, a balcony and a king size bed. (still musty smell from a/c) Beautiful beach, clean quiet pool. The breakfast buffet was very good. Daily menu lunch and dinner were available most days, very good food. Adolfo was top notch, speaking very good English and easy to talk to. With no WJ rep there to ask, Adolfo answered most of our questions. Frank, the bartender, was very attentive. One evening there was a private wedding in the restaurant as well as a dinner show, which you had to reserve, ("specialties"/a la carte) and most places were full everyday. The only place we could eat was the buffet at the Oceano, which was not the best! No fresh fruit or veggies, limited salads... Front desk said restaurant was open at 5, not even knowing there was a wedding! Of course nobody bothered to inform the guests we'd have to go off property to eat. Communication was el zippo! Sharing facilities with other hotels, everything was at the Oceano, like booking reservations, the buffet etc. That place was SO busy, would not stay there. No WJ rep showed to book return shuttle, nor to book excursions. Not sure I'd take another WJ vacation here. This was our 11th trip to Mexico, and the oddest and most confusing! Although All Inclusive and wearing wrist bands, they tried a couple times to make us pay for our drinks. Weird.
