I stayed at Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach, A Trademark All-Inclusive Resort for a week, and although our trip was unexpectedly impacted by Hurricane Melissa, the staff went above and beyond in every possible way. Even during the storm, the workers showed remarkable dedication and courage, risking their own safety to ensure that every guest was cared for. They continued to provide meals, checked on everyone regularly, and kept the atmosphere as calm and positive as possible despite the circumstances. A special mention to MJ, who was an outstanding host — professional, attentive, and full of positive energy. MJ’s expertise and genuine hospitality made a big difference during a very difficult situation. The resort’s commitment to guest safety and comfort truly stood out. It’s clear that the team here cares deeply about their guests. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, bravery, and exceptional service throughout my stay. I will definitely return in the future — not only for the beautiful beach and great amenities, but because of the amazing people who make this resort feel like home, even in the middle of a storm.

My mom son and I and a friend visited this resort mid october 2025. The place is a perfect size as my mom is seventy five years old and uses a walker to get around. Every room has an ocean view. The rooms are standard with only a shower. My mom is a coffee drinker, so a negitive is there was no coffee machine in the room. But a plus is the coffee shop, such great coffee there. The customer service desk is great - Victoria is always helpful and a joy to talk to. We didn't do any of the restaurants just the buffet. The food was always plenty, and delicious. Now the pool bar, Courtney (aka don Julio) is a fantastic bartender, and always kept our drinks cool and full. As well as "Big Man" the strong silent type. MJ did a great job at entertaining us and teaching us some dance steps. As well as the rest of the entertainment staff that did stretches in the morning and aqua exercises. Now for the beach my favorite part. It was perfect, 20 out of 10. A sandy beach, super clear water and the perfect caribbean temperature. Almost forgot to note that I never had to fight for a chair. My son and I also ventured outside of the resort to get ourselves a starbucks LOL. No issues. The only negative I have is that I didn't know what shows were playing. You could get this information at the desk but it wasn't posted anywhere. I tried the app.Couldn't locate it on there either.So this would be the only thing I would suggest they would have or physical posting somewhere. Cornwall I will be back!!! Absolutely loved your resort and can't wait to be there again and hope it fares well with the melissa storm. Xxoo

Zoey is an amazing member of the entertainment team! She's full of energy and always smiling, and making sure everyone is having a great time. Her friendly personality and fun attitude helps create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether it's games,shows,or activities, zoey keeps us entertained and involved.she truly adds something special to our experience.

Had a fab time don't want to go home entertainment staff tc was amazing Courtney was amazing too cannot fault the hotel miles was amazing too xxx
