I've stayed in 6 Nashville hotels in the last 8 months and this is my favorite so far! The customer service is excellent. The lobby area and room met my picky cleanliness standards. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my dinner from the hotel restaurant--it was prepared like a non-hotel restaurant--compliments to the chef! (I had the sea bass). The decor at this hotel is a bit eclectic, but it added character. I'm a business traveler and will think of an excuse to go back during the summer for the beautiful rooftop pool. I was able to enjoy the rooftop bar and there were places to sit and work up there when the weather is good. You can have breakfast in the restaurant or a coffee bar, and the selections were very good. They serve local Nashville coffee and it was great. I Uber everywhere in Nashville so I didn't explore the neighborhood by foot, but it looked like it was close to many attractions. Finally, I appreciated a corner room, which was likely given as a Diamond member upgrade. The view was wonderful. I'll definitely return!

Charles in Gathre was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. (and funny too !) When checking in I requested quietest room possible, and the gal at desk got us a room far from the elevator, very peaceful and quiet, great nights sleep. Breakfast was divine, must try the bacon flight - never have we ever experienced bacon like this! Overall staff was very friendly, decor and setting was lovely and modern, and CLEAN.. Enjoyed the fire pit on pool patio (too cold to lay by pool) and drinks and food at pool bar were great. Appreciate the keurig in room, helps for waking up / hate having to leave hotel room for my first morning cup- so that was gre Only complaint of entire sta + the dinner Charcuterie board was way heavy on the cheese, would have liked some nuts, dried fruit, olives etc to balance it out more-Fraye is nicely located to all the things we were doing - broadway, music city center convention center, the Gulch etc..( and it's right next to Hattie B's) quick and easy Ubering everywhere from there.
