A great getaway.

Cheryl B (Tushka, Oklahoma) on Mar 27, 2026

The atmosphere was great. Rooms are clean and bedding is what you would expect in a higher end hotel. The water, Soundwave, is s must if you have kids. The lifeguards are the best I've seen. They never sit down. The quality of food was very great. It's an extremely large facility. So expect to walk. But, there are employees, directories, and printed maps everywhere.

Stay downtown, it’s not worth it

Melanie T on Mar 12, 2026

Restaurants, bars, and walking around this hotel is great. The hotel itself is beautiful and I recommend it for these things. Staying here was a different story. Our mattress felt worse than any military cot I had to lay in for the military. I have extreme back pain this week from waking up in pain every morning. I found it interesting they boasted of their high quality mattresses on one of their signs in the hotel. Room service was one of the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. One day, they didn’t even show up at all. Most of the staff was great; however, had an extremely rude manager tell me “it wasn’t fair to the other 70+customers” if I ordered a soup to go for my daughter in her room with an upset stomach…wasn’t asking for any table service or anything…literally wanted a cup of soup in a to-go cup and let me pay for it in person or charged to my room. Guests still have to pay for the pool, so there is no benefit for staying here to use that. If coming to Nashville, I highly recommend staying downtown where you are within walking distance of most of were you likely want to go, and then driving here for drinks, dinner, the pretty walks, and possibly the pool. We did not try the spa or golf course on this trip.
