I want to leave a big shout out to Sophia, our housekeeper on the 7th floor. She took really good care of us during our event stay. Our room was always spotless

Absolutely amazing from hotel accommodations to service! The reason for my 5 * review is especially due to service and friendliness of DIEUNEL JOSEPH (Jo Jo) our doorman! He is an AMAZING young man destined to go places!! Thank you! I can t wait to see him next year!

Atlantis is a great place to go with family or friends. Lots of things to do and see while at the resort. Lots of food options, activities and memories to be made.

Everyone was polite, just not friendly. Everyone seems to NOT care about anything at all. If you ask a question the response is friendly but not nice. The "island time" thing they talk about is not a successful strategy for every guest. I'm certain some people don't mind waiting while two or three team members are chatting with one another or while you wait on the shuttle while they switch drivers and they keep laughing and joking with one another... with multiple guests on the bus. I can't understand how you want me to pay the money you ask for nightly so that I can be ignored or slighted in most fo the interactions with the staff daily. PS The service in the restaurants, all of them, from the buffet (poseidon's table) to Nobu, did not live up to expectations. Everything was a notch below or more than what it should have been, of what you are paying for. If you don't care about value and you are only paying for the beach and the pool, its probably a fine place to stay. If you expect to be treated well in all aspects of your experience, go to Bahamar.
