Great place to be in December. Great weather and water temperature. Food is overpriced even before mandatory added 25% taxes and tips.

Overall, Atlantis is quite a beautiful experience resort. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Be careful to understand the cashless card system and gratuities that are automatically added.

Unforgettable stay at The Royal, Atlantis Paradise Island Resort who kindly hosted us for 2 nights 3rd - 5th December. Everything was superb!

From the moment we arrived at Atlantis Paradise Island, the mood was already high — and Ovan at the reception managed to elevate it even further with his professionalism and warm, effortless manner. It was the perfect start to what became an unforgettable stay. The resort itself is overwhelming in the best possible way. The sheer scale, the ocean views, the atmosphere around every corner — it all feels almost unreal, like stepping into a paradise that somehow keeps surprising you. Between the beaches, the water features, the food options, and the energy of the place, there’s always something that draws you in. Being here during the WSOP made the experience even more special. The event was incredibly well organized, and the excitement throughout the property gave the entire stay a unique vibe. It’s rare to find a place that combines relaxation and entertainment at this level. Overall, Atlantis exceeded expectations in every category — from service to setting to the once-in-a-lifetime experiences happening around you. A place that stays with you long after you leave.

Another great stay at the Royal - Atlantis. Our trip began with our check-in. The front desk team of Pdira and Ovan were awesome. We arrrived an hour early, but they found us a upgraded pool/ocean facing terrace room. The check-in process was super quick and efficient and Pdira and Ovan could not have been nicer and helpful. The rest of the team members at the resort, from house keeping to the bars, restaurants casino were all like Pdira and Ovan in being helpful and friendly. The Fitness Center is relatively new and has a large number machine, equipment and free weights. We ate at the new Amber restaurant, and the food and service there was excellent. Watching the college pro football games at the sports book was fun, and the live bands in the casino bar were excellent to listen and dance to. Overall, a fantastic time and would strongly recommend.
