Our second stay at the Desert Palms. Very friendly staff who seem engaged and genuinely caring. A quiet, small suite that was spacious enough to truly relax for our stay. The pool doesn't seem big but never seems to get crowded. A tasty pizza place across the road (California Pizza Place) and easy walking distance to Disney and a little shopping district with it's own attractions......Only downsides are parking that is sometimes limited and the food for room service, while offering plentiful choices, was pretty dire both times we tried it. But overall a wonderful stay.

Not the best hotel we have stayed at, but was clean and had breakfast. Staff weren’t all friendly, and parking was horrible for what I paid. Also next to a sketch area with drugs and men peeing on the sidewalk.

The location is vey close to Anaheim Convention Center and Disney Land. Breakfast Buffer was good enough. Room was clean. Front Desk is kind. Internet was fast enough. Overall service was nice!

We stayed at the Desert Palms as a family of 5. The room was clean and had lots of space with the sunken living room area. The location of the hotel is excellent and is only a short walk to Disney. Would 100 percent recommend. The free breakfast was also excellent.

The only good thing about our stay was the closeness to Disneyland resort. The hotel was so, so…. parking my car fee beside our room rate was a bit excessive, although all hotels in the area charge the same, that is unfair. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned during our whole stay, I understand the saving water and care for the planet… I wouldve been ok with keeping the same sheets but at least make our beds…. I think that arriving to your room after a whole day at Disney and having to sleep in an unkept room is not very nice…. I called front desk the first night and expressed my frustration….the next 2 nights the sane thing!!! They didn’t do anything about it.. honestly I don’t recommend this hotel. Another thing…the breakfast buffet…. not good…
