We had a great experience here - the front desk staff was so helpful. They were our heroes when it came to taking the bus to Disneyland (which stops right out front of this hotel!), times for the park, restaurants, etc. You can also walk to park and Downtown Disney - they say it is not far, but I can't judge that. The parking is underneath and rather tight, but that is normal for underground parking. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! I have never seen so many options for a complimentary buffet and it was well stocked. I loved the complimentary beverages in the lobby - all day long and into the night! Small pool area that we did not use, but others were in there and it looked well-kept. Room was clean and updated and even though on the street side, we did not find it noisy. Good location. I would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall the hotel is nice, breakfast was great there was waffle makers, toasters etc. only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because we kept having issues with our door so we had to constantly go to front desk which was a little irritating but was a nice place overall

Great choice to stay off site. Reasonable walking distance to the parks. Very clean and good staff. Only suggestion is add more variety to breakfast. Parking is a little tight so don’t bring a large vehicle. Location around hotel is clean and safe.

This hotel was great! Staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool is in a nice setting and the kids enjoyed swimming there. The distance from disneyland was a short walk. The hotel itself was clean and inviting. I would stay there again.

I cannot compliment the Desert Palms enough. Amazing free breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great staff. We don’t plan to go to Disneyland for a long while, but anyone who goes should stay here! The price point is great and an easy 15 minute walk to the gate. We loved the pool area and the convenience to neighboring restaurants. The bunk room was a highlight for my kids!
