Our stay was great! Very close to Disney although I wish they had small shuttle to take us because it's still a 14 min walk. The atmosphere was good. The water pressure of the shower was great! We were facing the street and at first it was a little noisy but it got completely quiet after 11pm. Breakfast has a wide selection too. We all enjoyed ourselves.

The location is great! The rooms are clean and large large!! The staff is very kind! And the free breakfast is so amazing! Best breakfastI’ve ever had at any hotel! Oh, and the view from the roof where you eat is beautiful!

The fridge was not working but was changed upon notifying the front desk. My son caught the cold because he was sleeping on the sofa bed because the vent was blowing air right on him. The layout of the vents are bad since all 3 are in one area and blowing over and on whomever sleeps on the sofa bed. We had to cover the vents since we could not turn off the AC because the room was warm.We all end up with the cold and were coughing and it took out the joy of our vacation since were were all sick. We were disappointed that the breakfast did not have any turkey sausages for the 9 nights we were there. Not everyone eat pork. Hot Breakfast and location were the main reasons we closed this hotel. We stayed at many hotels in the area before but they all alternated between pork and turkey sausages. It will be nice to add veggies like spinach too.

Avoid room 117 at all costs. Super noisy. The room is opposite the car park door which everyone bangs and the room also has windows facing the car park. We could hear upstairs walking around and next door must have slammed their door at least 20 times in half an hour. Staff not interested when I called. The next morning I checked in with reception re my complaint and no one had made any notes. Our last day we had no hot water. On a positive note it is a close walk to Disneyland. We would not stay here again. Sleep deprivation is a thing.

Great location for visiting Disneyland. 12 minute walk to the security gate. We stayed in room 460 which is a family suite; Two queen beds plus a sitting area with a pullout bed, a chair, a TV and a full size table with four chairs. Nice blackout curtains separate the two spaces. Obstructed view of fireworks show. Easy access to stairs to breakfast. Fast elevators. Easy self parking.
