Great location. Staff was amazing and the rooms were clean and cozy. Great price! Loved the atmosphere of the lobby and the patio to the buffet. It was a n ice hang.

I booked a Deluxe Studio Suite at Desert Palms Hotel & Suites through Expedia, and it was a complete nightmare. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy, dark, and poorly maintained, with stained bedding, which to my shock and horror is only changed every 4 days. Staff were rude and unhelpful, breakfast was terrible, with plastic and paper dishes with tinned fruit and watery eggs. The noise from outside started at 5 a.m. daily. The hotel is totally misrepresented online instead of a 9 it should have a 0 score. Extremely disappointing avoid at all costs.

Overall, the hotel was good. But **CHECK THE REFRIGERATOR** before stuffing it full of food. I bought some lunches at Target so we could save a little money on restaurants. The next day ALL of the food had spoiled because the refrigerator had gone out. Value was ok, but the cost of ubering back-and-forth to target only to have a weeks worth of lunch food go bad offset the value. Management did not reply to our Travelocity messages or our reqeusts to the front desk staff to have management contact us. The free breakfast was nice, a large setup with DIY waffles, fruit, eggs, bacon, juices, etc. The music in the breakfast room was a bit too loud, so everyone was talking loudly in order to be heard. This atmosphere encourraged the kids to be even louder. Turning down the music a little could help. This made the breakfast room a bit too loud. The hotel’s location was extremely convenient. An easy walk to the Convention Center. Also nearby essentials like CVS, Walgreens, and a 7-Eleven within a 2 min walk from the hotel front door. Bathrooms clean and everything worked. Plenty of towels and supplies. The room was really nice, and had a doorway between the king bed and the bunkbed room, which was good for privacy. If you close the door, the two rooms don't stay the same temperature. Uber pick-ups and drop-offs were easy from the location. The only major issue was the refrigerator in our room not working, which led to all our food spoiling before it was replaced. Unfortunately, despite contacting the front desk and management, I never received a response on that. Otherwise, a decent stay with great location perks. Beware that the door to the bunk room can be locked from the OUTSIDE. If you get locked inside by kids playing with the door lock, you will have to call the front desk to have them come open it to let you out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The kids had their own space with bunk beds. Breakfast was good, decent variety and staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly. The overall stay was better than the last time.

The location of the Desert Palms Hotel in relation to Disneyland was excellent, less than a 15 minute walk to the main entrance, and only crossing one street to get there! The staff was very helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of options. We appreciated that the lobby was festive and very Disney. There was a play area tucked in on the side of the lobby for little ones and ongoing Disney movies. The are also provided seating for the parents. this place is a great value for the location and amenities. Also, 2 drug stores on other corners, and a 7/11 next door, which are all convenient.
