The property was very well run and Don at the restaurant Trevi’s took excellent care of us! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Orlando and if you stop by Trevi’s downstairs ask for Don! He will take great care of you! We couldn’t ask for more!
To my surprise, this was the best resort I have been to in Florida by far.

A very peaceful & exceptional Resort if you are looking for some R & R. Amazing staff in all aspects of the hotel. Laura, Zach and Lilly are incredible assets to the hotel Management team. I can’t thank them enough for all they did to make my trip super special. Tanya the head of food and beverage team at crocks by the pools was so nice and helpful. Gabrielle the waiter at the adult pool gave me excellent service and never let me down with his friendly manner. They work so hard. The location of the resort was just perfect to the premium outlets. The west wing of the hotel was the best part of the stay. When you have a great room the whole stay becomes more comfortable. Food is great and even though the hotel is huge. It never felt crowded to the point you were annoyed. It was just perfect this time of year for me. I highly recommend this Hotel especially if you go solo or as a couple. Can’t wait to go back and I don’t say that often. I have pretty high expectations and standards and they met 98% of them. Not bad right?! The one call out I have is to look into is the pillows in the room. They Flatten out really fast and lose their softness and feather . You wake up flat lol. Other than that minor detail, best Omni hotel I have been to.
