Top-notch value resort!

The personal check-in was really helpful and friendly and they always made sure we were comfortable. We loved the food and beverages; there were enough options for us to try something different every day, everything was delicious. My daughter especially loved the chocolate pancakes for breakfast. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub after long days at the parks. My kids loved the room, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Terra Luna.
Underwhelming... Isolated... BIG Letdown...

Immediate opinion... big no for me and I am so very disappointed in choosing this hotel. Pass Holder Review: WHY IS PARKING $30 A NIGHT??? That is an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE for this hotel... think $10-$15 would be better. This place is a FAR CRY from the other Value or Premium properties, why charge a premium price? Seems stingey and unnecessary. I really wish I had researched this hotel more before booking. Since it’s tied to Epic Universe, I assumed it would be a great choice — but unfortunately, Terra Luna was a huge disappointment for me. The biggest issue is the overall atmosphere. The hotel feels extremely cold and sterile. Nearly everything is painted white, and instead of feeling modern or themed, it gives off more of a hospital or unfinished building vibe. For a Universal resort, there’s very little personality, immersion, or energy. Nothing about it feels connected to Universal or Epic Universe, which was honestly shocking. The lobby was especially underwhelming and immediately killed the excitement. I kept trying to figure out what the actual theme was because it just didn’t feel present anywhere. The “Earth vibe” concept simply doesn’t come through. Was there a sale on white paint? ?? The rooms are fine, but VERY basic. Again, the all-white walls, bland furniture, and minimal decor make the space feel lifeless rather than relaxing or fun. The front desk staff did their best to hype up the rooms and were friendly overall, but the hotel itself just lacks charm and warmth. Feels like a hospital room ?? There are also several practical downsides: The hotel is isolated, with virtually nothing nearby within walking distance. Even though it’s close to Epic Universe, you cannot safely walk there because of the highway between the hotel and the park. The food court area is small and has limited options. Some staff members were friendly but didn’t seem fully informed yet, which may be due to the hotel still being new. One of the most frustrating parts was the parking fee. Charging $30 per night for self-parking at this level of hotel feels excessive and unnecessary, especially compared to other Universal value and premium resorts that offer a much stronger experience overall. A more reasonable rate would have been around $10–15. Overall, the hotel feels unfinished in terms of atmosphere and identity. Maybe some of these issues will improve with time, but as of now, I would not stay here again. 100% WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. ??
Friends Florida Trip

Stayed for 10 days at Terra Luna. Warm welcome from the team on arrival, with a quick and easy check in process. There was a desk in the lobby that swapped my ticket purchase into physical tickets for the park. The luggage desk on our check out day was another useful feature as it allowed us to store luggage and make the most of our last day. The hotel was clean and well maintained in the public areas and rooms. Housekeeping was every other day, this was no problem for our group. The rooms are a good size with ample Storeage and charging sockets. The room also contain a mini fridge which was very handy. The Universal bus service worked very well from the hotel. The on-site gym was excellent - good range of equipment was available and it appeared well maintained and in good condition. Would definitely be happy to stay at the hotel again on a future trip.
Nice hotel but farthest from Epic universe

Driving up to the hotel everyone in our party of 6 was impressed. The front desk check in girl was very nice and able to get us from 4th to 2nd floor because I don't like elevators and need to take the stairs. The rooms were average 2 queen bed size. We loved the oval shaped window and space themed decor. The shampoo/conditioner is called cosmic ember and my 2 year old is named Ember so we thought that was cool. Unfortunately the conditioner bottle in our room was empty. We used the pool the 1st day, it's a nice zero depth entry pool no slides or fountains but still fun. Outside of building is pretty but reflects the sun at sunset really bad had to look away from building it was so bright. This hotel is farthest from epic universe...we walked to early entry in the morning to avoid waiting for bus/crowded bus and you have to cross the street twice takes about 15 min. I would have stayed at stella nova if I had known it was a Lil closer. There was a fun little gift shop in the hotel we enjoyed and the café had good pasta. The seating area in the café was already run down looking the leather was worn and tables were chipped/scratched. Overall it was a good stay.
Nice for once

First when we arrived we were impressed, however we experienced it not so good. No normal breakfast, after asking the girl was very friendly and made for us a normal breakfast. It was very noisy, we could hear the people speaking in the room above and a lot of noise from the hall. There were no shelves in the cabinet, no hooks in the washing area, curtains were terrible to close. And more of that annoying little things in the room, no realm in the hotel. Once and never again, prefer the good old hotels. Shuttle service was excellent as well as parks and airport, arranged before, fortunately because nobody knew something about airport shuttle.
