Wonderful hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. We only tried one appetizer at the bar on the roof and it was decent. The drinks were good. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I will say the Starbucks downstairs got us sick for a little bit so maybe just be careful what you order! Overall we had a great trip, I would definitely stay here again, the constant transportation to and from city walk alone is worth the money you pay. Only complaint I had about our room was the lack of curtain coverage so the room could never be blacked out entirely in the mornings. Everything was amazing over all though.

Michael from front desk is amazing!!!

I want to begin by saying that Michael from the front desk is simply amazing. When there are countless hotel options to stay in, while visiting Orlando, I will definitively choose Aventura Hotel because of the first impression and wonderful experience we received from Michael. He is an exceptional employee, a wonderful person, and made our stay at this property that much more elevated. Thank you Michael for our stay and we thank the organization for a clean and wonderful stay. We will be returning for our future vacations.

This hotel is staffed with folks who are incompetent AND slow—Front desk and back office. While my stay was lovely, its been a long nightmare to get my bill AND correct a minor billing error corrected and then get an updated bill. All told, I spent about 3 hours working with them to fix THEIR mistake. First of all, DON’T use their "Express Check-out". Why? Because they say they’ll email a copy of your bill and don’t. It also probably has errors like mine. To get my bill, I had to make 2 phone calls and wait on hold for 40 minutes. When I received my bill it had a minor error. To correct this, entailed 3 phone calls where I had to wait on hold multiple times and do multiple follow-ups with their back office staff. Somehow, to get them to do anything, YOU need to manage them. They can’t manage themselves. YIKES. I spent $800 at this location and while I liked the hotel and location, the hassle with my bill is not worth going back. Also, their WiFi is spotty.

Top Notch

Our family had a time share booked for a week vacation at Orlando. We drove 15 hours to be totally disappointed in our accommodations. No help from our time share, we packed our stuff up and prepared ourselves for the longest week ever. At 11::00pm, I came across this resort on Priceline and booked. What a wonderful surprise! The staff, the cleanliness, the food and atmosphere was top notch! Thank you Aventura for turning our vacation around.

Amazing ????

This hotel was amazing! We stayed Sunday to Sunday. Only one complaint I ordered some towels and they never showed up. I should've texted the number instead but very minimal. The hotel is new and the iPad controls it which was cool ??
