This is the best hotel in the zone, My family enjoy the whole experience, hotel is very clean, service is above standards and rooms are comfortable. We walked to take the boat ride. Definitely i recommend it for a Great stay. Every time we visit is for more tha 4 nights. This is the fourth time. We love it!

I have stayed here previously and loved everything about this hotel. This latest stay was a big hit and miss for us. For the positives, the transportation to and from the parks is incredibly efficient. We never waited for a bus more than a few minutes and also had access to the water taxi right across the way at Sapphire Falls which we used a few times. Check in was very easy and all staff we interacted with were very friendly. Common areas were always clean. Loved using the Ipad for room controls and the views at the rooftop bar were amazing. This trip we also had a few negatives. Housekeeping missed our room the first two nights. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out at the parks. We had to seek out some clean towels. Hotel was crowded and we had longer waits at elevators and trying to get food at the Urban Pantry. Food choices are pretty limited and everything is cooked to order so by the time you place your order add another 10-15 minutes until you receive it. Pool water seemed a little cloudy to me and was extremely warm to the point of feeling like bath water - not exactly refreshing in the summer heat. Overall, this hotel is a good option for a reasonable price with a few areas for improvement.

We did a last minute trip to HHN. While we have stayed at other hotels, Aventura was a great value, lived the Bistro, the pool, and bar on the top floor! Geena and Anette were great bartenders, and bao buns were delicious!

Great hotel. Clean. Rooms are modern. Great tech inside them. We were on the 14th floor great views of volcano bay. Easy to get around universal with a bus and central location for Orlando its self. Use lyft rather than uber found it cheaper everytime and get a refillable cup in universal best 20 dollars spent

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and appealing. The pool was great as well. My one major complaint is that I'm not sure if my TV was supposed to have a remote, but the tablet that controls the room (which is a very neat concept) died and my TV was stuck on for 15 minutes while I was trying to sleep. It created a significant inconvenience for me one night. All in all though, I was impressed during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bartending staff was especially friendly!
