Overview

Some front desk are rude unprofessional resort is beautiful restaurant very nice good food Spanish room directors came to my room asking me if I was ok as I left resort I was being followed this was unacceptable rude staff unprofessional
Best Resort On Disney Property

I absolutely love this place. The cast is always friendly and go out of their way to make our stay magical. We are DVC and boulder ridge is our home resort. We have stayed here many times and anytime I have needed something they go above and beyond to help me out. From someone who has stayed at most of the Disney resorts I have to say this is the best resort on Disney property.
