Carl and Alexander were the bests, they help me with my suitcases and they were so sweet

Checked into hotel , spent almost $400 a night only to find out the entire water park is closed for construction, waited in check-in line for 40 min and not one person told me that before taking my money , being a Florida local I came for my sons bday and the worst part when I called and went to front desk they just dismissed me without one explanation. Total ripoff . No refund discount anything but a shoulder shrug Last time they will get this guy Wouldn’t recommend
Under construction and no one advised us of that. Our family vacation ruined by all the construction and drilling at 7am
