We have just returned home from a fantastic 15 night stay at Rosen Shingle Creek. First impressions of the hotel were that it is in immaculate condition with a huge lobby and reception area. Our room was ready before the stated check in time which was very welcome after being awake for almost 24 hours. The room itself was amazing with nice decor and was extremely spacious with plenty of room to unpack. There were two queen sized beds and a double sink area in the bathroom. There was a lovely view of the pool area and golf course and we also got some fantastic sunrise views. We did have one slight issue with our shower door which was promptly resolved by two maintenance staff within 30 minutes of us reporting it to the front desk. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants in the hotel however, there is a lot of choice. We actually really enjoyed using the 18 Monroe Street Market, particularly for something to eat after a long day in the theme parks. The pizza slices were really tasty and I also loved the wholegrain salad bowl. Every time we went there we found the staff to be very friendly. All in all we absolutely loved our stay at Rosen Shingle Creek. We have stayed at a number of the Rosen Hotels and have always found them to be of a good standard. I would definitely stay here again and am sure we will do so in the future.

Our 5th stay in 30 months and Shingle creek never fails to deliver. The newly refurbished rooms are a delight. 14 nights and yet still feels too short. Plain and simple it is the highlight of our trip, great food, great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Great value for money, been visiting Orlando for 32 years and no other hotel comes close.

I recently travelled over from the UK for a solo holiday in late September, primarily to enjoy the golf, and Rosen Shingle Creek exceeded all expectations. The resort itself is fantastic. I was accommodated in room 11414, and I cannot praise the staff enough for getting the placement so right. It was exactly what I had hoped for: stunning, direct views of the lush fairways to wake up to, and tucked away in a wonderfully quiet spot, completely free from any of the usual resort hustle and bustle. It provided the perfect peaceful setting to enjoy a morning cup of tea before heading out. As for the Shingle Creek Golf Club, the facilities are top-tier. I played multiple rounds during my stay and the course conditions were absolutely flawless. I travelled over with my own clubs in tow, and a special mention must go to the team in the pro shop—they were genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful with getting my bag sorted and setting me up smoothly for each of my tee times. The level of authentic hospitality across both the hotel and the golf club made this a truly memorable trip. I am already in the process of booking my return for next autumn and cannot recommend this resort highly enough for anyone seeking a relaxing, high-quality getaway.

I am here for an event, and the property itself is lovely. The staff is excellent in general, and the food has been excellent. However, they are renovating the north east section of the property and still putting guests in the rooms. There is a literal jackhammer above me and no one at the front desk will answer the phone to let me know when the noise might end. In addition, while the staff at the spa is great, it is definitely dated and not comparable with other spas from that perspective. If the noise does not end, it will be impossible to stay in this room. Really hoping for the best. This is pretty awful and they absolutely should not be putting people in these rooms while they are renovating around them.
