Great service love the bar and grill in the hotel

Friendly staff, nice clean facility

Nice enough hotel with kind staff. Pool area is a little dated but also well kept and super nice for the price point. Hotel gym was clean and has a lot more variety than most hotel gyms. Comfortable beds and updated rooms with mini fridge, microwave, and Kurig. Most rooms have balconies which was a great feature.. and pretty quiet for being right next to busy roads and Home Depot. Overall, a good experience and was nice to have an affordable hotel option in Mesa, AZ. My complaints would be that the hotel was supposed to be smoke free.. yet both days I stayed, there were people smoking on their poolside balconies that filled the pool area with the smell of cigarettes. Also… people above us must have been smoking marijuana because several of the times we had opened our balcony door our room then smelled like weed. More annoying than anything. Also, not a super big deal but the bathroom doors are a barn style sliding glass door, so it doesn’t offer much privacy, and you can definitely hear people using the restroom while in the room. Lol Also, this hotel does not have continental breakfast, but a breakfast buffet that you can purchase for $15.99, which is way overpriced for the basic continental breakfast that you get from the buffet. There are several great breakfast options fairly close to the hotel though.. so we just skipped their option and found some fun local breakfast spots.

Check-in was easy. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Water pressure could have been better. FD staff were all friendly. The air kept us cool. My main problem was noise. I could hear every door slam and the toilet flush in the rooms next to me. Also, the right elevator was super slow.
