Great hotel in a not so great location
SBVegasAdventures (Las Vegas, Nevada) on Jun 05, 2023
After reading the reviews I didn't have my hopes up but rest assured, the hotel was really nice. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great facilities and a nice pool. So many palm trees you feel like you're in the tropics. Hot cooked breakfast buffet was always fresh and plentiful. Staff were always very polite and professional. I'd be happy to stay here again....except it's in kind of a bad location. When we were there, there was a family reunion group who were constantly going across the street to smoke weed and retuning reeking of the stuff. Walking to the Walmart at night is unwise as there were plenty of unsavory characters. Still, these are all factors of of the hotel's control. The hotel itself gets four stars in my opinion and personally I'd be fine staying there again.
Nice

The room was very nice large & clean. Provided microwave, coffee maker & small refrig. The bar area provides drink & very few selection of appetizer/food. We've stay here before and never had issues but WE DID THIS TIME. There was young kids & teenagers on our floor who were VERY LOUD. Called the front desk 4 times...they send the maintenance guy to quite them which didn't work. I was told security comes on at 10/11 pm by that time they were in bed. We were there for 2 nights & both nights the noise wasn't good.

The balcony of my room is connected to the left and right side with the other rooms in anyone could hop over and come in my room and write me or do anything sketchy a Rodney. Also, my mother got followed home from dropping me off at the front door all the way to our apartment in Chandler
ERICA AND THEIR NIGHT AUDITORS
prepaidpablo (Scottsdale, Arizona) on Jan 13, 2023
horrible stay. Woken up 4 times with random wake up calls. Erica their “ AGM” has no way of communicating with their front desk staff as she has no knowledge. I would expect more with that title. Their front desk staff are always on their cell Phone. They couldn’t find my reservation thru their Holidex system. The night auditor didn’t know how to turn off wake up calls. I’ve reached out to IHG , but they are useless. Stay here if you want to be woken up middle of the night and then be told that this never happened. Erica the AGM needs to be let go !
Comfortable, affordable

We were so happy with this hotel especially since we were coming from a horribly smoky and smelly hotel the night before. We booked online from their member website and saved over the AAA and government rates without using any of our points! Pros: Great breakfast buffet Restaurant in the hotel Balcony with view of the pool Comfortable beds Expected room amenities-coffee maker, microwave, fridge, hair dryer Lots of pillows Quiet room NO smoke! NO odors! Very friendly staff-front desk, restaurant, and room attendant were all so helpful and pleasant! Convenient location-easy highway and airport access Cons: Light coming in to the room under curtains so had to move to the second bed-not a big deal
