A little disappointed this trip. Good points - love the pool and the staff were responsive and upbeat. 2) Even in the triple digit heat there were plenty of shade options at the pool. Downside - other than the snack bar at the pool there were no bar or restaurant food options at the hotel. 2) We had ants in our room which was on the 3rd floor. Engineering was quick to come and spray but didn't followup. We had to call when the first round of spraying didn't get all of them. 3) The kitchen utensils were cheap and what I expect to see in a dive restaurant

Location is convenient and accessible to most areas of Scottsdale. Facilities are great. Large pool with waterfall and hot tub. Convenient parking.

Wonderful stay!! Very friendly and helpful staff! The unit had everything we could possibly need, Loved. having a washer/dryer. Not over crowded. Pool, hot tub and activities were great! Can't wait to come back.

We go to this beautiful resort every year at least once or twice a year. Every year just seems to get better and better. It is kept immaculate and everyone who works there is always busy. The welcoming crew is fantastic and after being checked in anything such as towels - paper goods and too much more to mention. We would always receive a call back from the front desk to make sure that all our goods were delivered - most of the time Michael Burrell would be the one to check on us to make sure that we did receive the goods. One time for some reason our garbage disposal was not working properly and it was fixed immediately after calling Michael Burrell to send someone to repair it. Right after it was reported fixed again Michael called to check on us. I would just like to thank the entire staff for all that they have done to make our vacation so exciting and fun. A special thanks to Michael Burrell for being so attentive to us on our vacation and always being there for us. Gary Ippolito and Michelle Daniele ??

Biggest Pros - Rooms are well sized - Pool food service has decent options - Located close to freeway and many good restaurants - staff is pleasant and helpful - Gym is open 24/7 - Pool closes at midnight Room for improvement - was a little difficult to reach housekeeping and they never a cleaning during the week. We successfully replaced linens when needed.
