The hotel does need some updates, however the staff makes this an enjoyable experience! Zusy, the Chief Concierge made this an amazing experience! Along with Cesar, Oscar, and everyone else from the Concierge department! Alonso, Ruben,and especially Sandra at the Breeze beach bar! Every staff member contributed to our great experience! Restaurant bookings, and Air conditioning needs work! Landscape personnel are doing a great job!

Location is safe and secure. However, there are many problems within this old and dated building. I do not think our stay was worth the money. The pools are quite dirty, and I witnessed someone throw up in it (they cleaned it with a pool skimmer only, and mashed the fine bits on the edge of the pool with shoes, gross) The power went out during our stay for about 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Only one elevator/2 worked during our stay, resulting in long waits to get to the top floor. The central A/C does not cool the rooms nearly enough. The public bathrooms were in disarray, with broken utilities and completely closed rooms. Slow WIFI On the final night of our booked dinner at the Mexican style resturaunt, also while the power was out, there was an actual bat flying around in the enclosed dining area where we were to be seated, as staff ran around to capture it. Safe to say, we did not eat at the restaurant that night and opted for the buffet, as bats are one of the most unhygienic animals to have in a dining area. I did not witness any cleaning be done after this, they merely continued with service. Positives: Staff is nice enough, and the food buffet is pretty decent. However there can be quite a long line to get a table for the buffet if you do not arrive early enough. Direct access to a beautiful beach, and a department-sized grocery store and pharmacy are within a two minute walk from the hotel. All in all, you would be better off paying a bit extra for a more reputable company/owner of the hotel. I recommend to avoid booking.

We enjoyed experience, unfortunately we were late to the show but we liked the bingo as the guys were very helpful and entertaining. Special thanks to Paulo, Carmen, Andric!

Do not go to this hotel! The air conditioner is not working and Maintenance crew does not attend to room concerns. Room was leaking water through room light. Deteriorating and outdated hotel.
