Probably the loudest music on the beach in the world, next door hotel VI resort have asked them to turn it down, but today Saturday it went up to a new level, so on the plus side the beach was empty as was VI resort's pool area . Even the beach sellers left

Virginia at the 7th Floor pool is just the best: friendly, enthusiastic, and oh, so polite! From the bellboy, through the restaurant staff. All was very good! Nice variety of food, restaurants. It can get a bit rowdy in the pool but that’s to be expected in those types of resorts.

It was a good experience. The food was so good especially the staffs in Sans Soucis and La Palapa. But we didn’t get a good sleeps because of the air conditioning, it’s so noisy and it’s not even getting cold.

Hi, It was fun experience to spend 5 days at Puerto Vallarta. The location is great. Repetitive buffet menu.

Resort needs a complete makeover. Very old. Adults only resort needs lots of help. Restaurants in Adult’s only all closed. Reservation system very poor. 700 guests on their phone at 9:01 AM trying to make a reservation. Mexican restaurant air conditioning system broke. Food was good. Beach very nice.
