Manuel ( Pool Waiter) was the BEST. Very attentive and took of our needs. Made our experience more memorable. We will definitely come back. We loved the spacious rooms. My only complaint is the terrible nacho cheese. Please buy better cheese.

I was very disappointed in this property. It was very old and unkept. The staff acted like it was their first day on the job. The desk did not explain some things, so we had some surprises!! The wait staff was o.k. All others when asked a question had to call or go ask someone. The first day we asked for wash cloths and received one. Never another one in our sight!
Not relaxing

Crappy food, facilities are. Old and run down not like the pictures. Not impressed ended up leaving early and going home. Hotel is crowded and over run with people not relaxing.would not visit again not worth your money. Food was terrible almost no western food.

I would not recommend staying here in May if your skin isn’t brown. We had two employees treat us bad. And the Mexican guest that were there were very unfriendly. I’ve never had this happen in Mexico. But I have never visited in May. Sad people have to act this way.
Great Family Resort

Great resort option to relax and have quality family time. We have a little one just over a year old and each meal provided ample options that we could offer him and staff were very friendly and happy to help us with any needs we had. Will definitely be back in the future!
