We just love this place staff is amazing, friendly, happy and always willing to help you. The Nest has a good breakfast and we love the Asian restaurant. The water is beautiful and we love staying in the family selection side. It is a bit quieter.

We were here Jun19-29. We have been to other other Palladiums 17 times. A little disappointed that they do not acknowledge our past loyalty at all. We e-mailed our request and it was granted King bed 3rd floor. Room 1305. The room was very clean and plenty of towels , face cloths etc. good air conditioning actually on the cool side (we used a blanket) lots of light in the bathroom. We only ate breakfast at the buffet it was very typical and very good. We found all the restaurants to be very good . In 10 days we never had a bad meal. We used the app to book all our meals for the specialty restaurants. Would book as soon as I got up for the next day. We were only allowed to do 1 day at a time. The sports bar had very good bar type food but they did not open till 430PM. The beach and pool had a place to get hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries etc . It was perfect for a quick lunch. some days it was grilled outside between the beach and pool. The pools are very small compared to other resorts we have stayed in. They were very crowded including the adult pool. It was not a problem for us as we stayed on the beach every day. The beach is rocky in places and you definitely need water shoes. The waves are strong when you first get in so I had a difficult time getting in and out.(senior). It was great fun to watch the suffers every day. The staff here are fantastic and so many have been there for years. Shout out to Antonio and Manuel at the beach bar, Carlos at the pool bar and Ricardo at the Italian.
