We went to the Majestic Colonial for our 2nd year in a row. Everything about our trip was truly top notch! The food was fantastic and the rooms were amazing. They're doing a complete upgrade of the whole facility and we can't wait to see the changes next year when we're there again. Can't say enough positive about the staff and the overall experience.

We had a great experience at Majestic Colonial. We hope everybody has the chance to have Edith as a butler if you go to the adult only club. She was so helpful, so welcoming and VERY good at her job. She treated us like family and she is very outgoing! The housekeeping staff were also amazing and kept the rooms very tidy, they were also very kind. The food at the resort was awesome, the buffet was great as well. Lots of choices for different dietary needs. The waitstaff in the dining area were awesome too, with very quick service and created a fun atmosphere. Beware of vendors on the beach that try to sell you different things, ESPECIALLY pictures with parrots and reptiles. The vendors selling items like cigars, sunglasses, etc aren’t too bad. But we saw multiple people get pictures and the vendors were very aggressive while upping the payment price after the fact. It is also illegal and the parrots/ reptiles are held captivity with wings clipped in very poor and stressful conditions, as well as working all day in the sun for the vendors to get a buck. Stay away!!! This also goes for monkeys. Do your research and don’t buy into these abusive animal practices. The hotel also warns people of this. Overall, a great stay!

We had an amazing time at this resort for our honeymoon! We stayed in the adults only section and had a butler, which I would recommend. Edith, our butler, was very attentive and set up our dinner reservations and provided us with information and answered our questions. She also made our trip extra special with balloons and flower petals in our room to celebrate. Already planning our return trip for next year! Thank you to the Majestic staff and especially Edith for making our honeymoon so special.

An excellent place to vacation. The property itself was meticulously maintained. There were plenty of food options to ensure a nice variety over the course of a week long stay. The beach was beautiful, and had plenty of available loungers and Bally Beds. The pools were...well, the perfect place to spend an afternoon in. They were large enough that you could find a nice quiet space to soak in the sunshine, or swim your way down to a foam party or to an in pool exercise program. We stayed in the 18+ section. Key to our stay was the butler service that we choose. Our butler Agapito, went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our vacation away was just right. He not only introduced us to the property upon arrive, but he made a dedicated effort to find us each day just to check in. Each morning we would get a digital text from him outlining all the daily activities and food options for the property and asking us if we needed anything. For example, after the first night, we found the room to be a little damp. One quick text to Agapito and he had a dehumidifier in our room within 20 minutes, while we enjoyed the pool. This was our first time to the Majestic Colonial and we chose it based upon recommendations from other family members that had stayed there before. It was the beautiful property, ample pools, excellent food and especially the kindness of staff, like Agapito, that have us already planning to return
