Best vacation ever!!

We just returned from Majestic Colonial and it was the best vacation we’ve ever had. First, the positives. 1. Our butler Willnier made this trip go from exceptional to special and we will request him when we go back. He ALWAYS found us each day to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t imagine how many steps he walked in a day to make sure all of his guests were taken care of but it has to be an astounding number. Yet he always had a smile and showed genuine excitement when he greeted us. 2. The overall service at the resort is unmatched. I wish I could remember everyone who we interacted with, but I’ll hit a few highlights. The beach bartenders and the swim up bartenders on the club side were all great. The best drinks I have ever had and they were so fun and really enjoyed their jobs. Our waiter we had for nearly all our meals in La Hispaniola, Alejandro, knew us after the first visit and always knew we both got orange juice and I drink black coffee. The sheer number of guests he took care of daily and he remembered us made it great and much appreciated. 3. The food was very good and we enjoyed all of our meals. And there was never a shortage of food. I will admit I gained 7 pounds over 6 nights. 4. One group who never gets enough love are the groundskeepers. They do an amazing job keeping the resort as beautiful as it is. Shout out to all of you!!! The resort is set to shut down for a few months for renovations. While they aren’t desperately needed, they are needed. But what I will say about that is it is understandable. It is a tropical environment which is hard in any structure and it’s good to see they acknowledge that fact and aren’t afraid to shut down for a bit to get it back in tip top shape. We will be back. In fact, we are already planning the trip for next year!!!

I had a great time in the majestic colonial hotel, the hotel offers many fun activities, for example bingo, Olympia games, the white party was the end, they brought some artists, I really liked it a lot, Cristina with the bingo was excellent, and I won a shirt in the game. I had a great time, I recommend it
