Great trip, good rooms and very helpful staff.

This was my third time vacationing at this hotel (I also stayed there when it was still called Las Palapas), and I would come back again and again. It's simply such a beautiful, perfect place to relax, with friendly and attentive people and consistently excellent service. And who would have thought that even a couch potato like me would actually enjoy getting up early to make sure he doesn't miss the morning exercise classes with Alejandro? What a fantastic, motivating, and friendly trainer! Alejandro really caters to each individual; it's important to him that everyone performs the exercises correctly and according to their abilities. And we had so much fun during action-packed classes like water aerobics. We'll miss it a lot when we get back home to Germany. Many thanks again to Alejandro; we had a wonderful time! And a big thank you to the amazing ladies Andrea, Rebecca, and Erica—a fantastic animation team, it couldn't be better! :-)

What a magical place with very friendly staff especially Enrique and Manny at Las Olas . Definitely returning for our third trip.

We booked this hotel well in advance and are simply trying to make a small change to our reservation for next week. We have been trying to reach the hotel for an entire month by both phone and email, using the contact information provided by the hotel. The phone number does not work, and despite repeatedly emailing the correct reservation email addresses, we have received no helpful response. I even contacted the hotel through WhatsApp, hoping to finally get some assistance, but they simply told me to call the same phone number and email the same addresses that I have already been trying to reach for the past month. This is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. If you are considering booking this hotel, I strongly recommend testing their phone and email communication before making a reservation, especially if you may need to make any changes to your booking. We are not asking to make a new reservation — we already have one. We simply need help adjusting it, and getting even a basic response has been incredibly difficult.

We had a wonderful family getaway and truly enjoyed our time at the resort. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and while we originally thought we would venture out more, the food and atmosphere were so good that we ended up dining on-site far more than planned. The highlight of the dining experience—and honestly, one of the highlights of our entire vacation—was Enrique. He is easily one of the friendliest, most genuinely attentive people we have ever met. He went out of his way to make every meal feel special, bringing so much warmth and positive energy to our table. Even my son said that Enrique was easily in the "top 3 best things" about the entire trip! That kind of hospitality is rare and made a lasting impression on our family. Beyond the fantastic service at the restaurants, we spent plenty of relaxing hours by the pool, which was great for the whole family. Another standout experience was the cacao ceremony; it was beautifully done and felt like a truly special, memorable activity to be part of. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Enrique, for making our family trip so memorable. We would gladly return!
