We came here with my Daughter and grandchildren and we just love it.. its our favorite place to go. You have everything you need at one place, three pools, ice scream shop, two restaurans beautiful beach.. just the most perfect staff and beach.

This hotel was better than we had expected and quite good value for money Pros: The rooms are basic but clean The service was VERY good The beach was tidy The staff are lovely It’s in a great location and you can easily walk into Playa Del Carmen Cons: Food wasn’t great They made far more effort with breakfast when a agency company came to stay If you get a room with a palapa, your bed will get covered in tiny insects that fall from it I cut myself and the hotel didn’t have a plaster, so a lovely guest luckily gave me one instead (this is minor but surely hotels should have plasters)? I had to walk into town to get some
